Zero stars review

Zero stars review. Christopher on the complaince and data team. Didn't understand that he can't deal with a complaint about himself so received harassment from him. Refused to state who was the correct person that I've got a legal right to that information.Then called up staff member stated good afternoon clearly not. Refused to answer what was her name. Then was putting me through to HR when I had asked for the correct department of compliance and data. Second call got back through to her. Again refused to answer. Third call went onto voicemail. Clearly she can't do her job at all. It's harassment by Christopher for contacting me again after I made that complaint. This is direct discrimination by the place. This was regarding employment. I've dealt with compliance within Financial Services including Banking I never did any of this at all.

This was by far the worst company I’ve…

This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. There were never any salary increases—always the excuse of “no budget.” Promotions were based on favoritism rather than hard work or merit. The favoritism and discrimination were blatantly obvious, and management expected you to lick their ass. I would never return to this company.

Never again. This so called "people oriented company" uses people only to make money, the only value they have is buttlicking. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Avoid like the plague

Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating recruitment process. Sent CV, recruiter failed to read interviewer notes multiple times. Finally spoke to recruiter for pre-screening. Was told I would have interview a few days later, and to expect an email with a teams link. Radio silence, I chased them up and they asked me the same questions about my cv again, then went silent and sent an email saying they had gone with someone else. Entire process was a session in frustration and incompetence.

They dident renew my contract

They dident renew my contract, told me the same day. I was left with rent apartment and my salary they deducted from the relocation bonus they gave me before but not taxed so i was left with 120€ before Christmas. Terrible company dont work there.

I signed my contract

I signed my contract, had a starting date. Had give my notice on my former job and landlord Booked flight. Two weeks before they called me to say that i could not start because Dyson decided to postpone the training till unknown.

The excuse from cpm was that it is beyond their control and it is Dyson decision. I dont care to be honest. CPM is my employer not Dyson

Result: no job, no home and no income. Getting now back on my feet after a bad period created by this company. They should have helped me or compensate for the situation. But in this callcenter you are even lower then a number.

I received also a advise that after bad things, there will be good things..... Yeah really helpful. Not.

Only the recruiter Martin was trying to find a solution. My advise avoid this company if they threat new hires like this.

Don't work for this company!!!
Complete lack of decenr mentoring, lies after lies about the job you're going to do, some teams have not any kind of referee, a team leader or manager, to report to. Because of their complete lack of communication and knowledge of the rules, i lost 3 days of pay and it was all their fault and their broken computers (yes, on the first day they gave us computer not set and not working properly, and with keyboards in languages different from english or target language for the team. They always have some kind of issue, be it poor wifi signal or files not working properly/outdated). Payslip only in slovak, no english, so if you, like me, need to show this kind of document to an external source, be ready to pay a translator. No respect for foreign employees, who are denied the right to understand an official document and how much and for what they are being paid. I made known at the beginning of this hell journey that i needed 3 days off during probation. At first, i was told it was not a problem, then i was denied.
Some of the companies using cpm are no better than them. One call after the other at an excruciating and exhausting rhythm. You will never be paid enough for this amount of stress. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

No respect for workers and human rights

No respect for workers and human rights, missing of working and company culture, minimum wages, no planning - working days and shifts change continuously and are published a few days in advance. The company has huge and exponentially growing liabilities (missed payments) towards its employees since 2019, currently leading to legal actions. Mobbing is a daily routine hiddenly promoted by all the management levels used as an instrument to reduce the company liabilities.
The company works as an outsourcing provider for Dyson, Harley Davidson, Diageo and other big brands willing to save money on their employees.

Worst company ever, no human rights, Mobbing and really bad management aswell as underqualified Teamleaders. If you hate your life and wanna end it start working there.
