We had a really positive experience with this survey company from start to finish. The process was made easy and communication was excellent. They delivered detailed results and assisted us in making decisions that were right for us. As first time buyers, this whole experience can be overwhelming, but Chris took the time to explain the report and answer any questions that we had, no matter how simple! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing high-quality survey work.

Unlike larger survey companies, where you never even get to speak to the surveyor, Chris offers a Zoom call to go through the findings in detail and answer any follow-up questions. He was also super thorough and responsive via email, always on hand to address multiple queries across two separate transactions. Honestly, this level of service alone is worth the fee.

Beyond just the survey, Chris acted as a valuable sounding board during negotiations. Thanks to his insights, we avoided a property purchase that would have required extensive, unforeseen repairs.
