Poor communication
Poor communication. badly planned routes. Not enough staff, demands to high, pay to low. As a driver the. company has no consideration regarding employee wellbeing and welfare, minimum working week 50 hours, company demands over, has a van driver you will be forced to working over your legal hours and told to lie in the event of being stopped, and certainly no consideration on your start time regardless of finish time the day both.
Full of lip services but really do not give a S##T. However if you work in the office it’s a very different company so very much a them and us. Do not work for this company as a driver it will only make to ill. Morale is awful.
Customer service and product knowledge.
Built for the Job: Why We Rely on Conquip
We use Conquip exclusively to support our temporary work, and they’ve been a key part of our deep drainage and basement operations. Their shoring systems and propping gear are solid, reliable, and ready to go with the right paperwork every time.
We’ve also purchased concrete skips and tipping skips and machine forks from them, which have performed well across multiple projects. What really sets them apart is their technical input—on basement builds especially, they’ve helped us with temporary works designs that meet both safety and programme demands.
When we’re working in tricky ground or need a bespoke solution fast, the Conquip team understands what we’re up against and gets it done without fuss. That kind of support is hard to find.
Having the Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper…
Having the Powerbrush Forklift Sweeper on-site has been a great help for us at Dorchester Living. As our site is mainly soft sand, in the dry weather the roads get dirty very quickly. Having the flexibility on-site to use the Powerbrush any time is a great help, additionally, the cost savings daily from not hiring a road sweeper is massive.
All the staff at Conquip have been great. We had one issue with the kerb brush, and they arranged for an engineer to come out the very next day. I always rate a company by their aftercare service as well as sales. Overall, I am very happy with the Powerbrush and all other kit we have from Conquip. I will be using a Powerbrush on all my sites going forward.
Conquip trench boxes
“We’ve been working with Conquip on four or five of our sites that need shoring boxes. This one in Yatton is for our client, Persimmon Homes. Having just moved over to Conquip as our shoring partner, we’re very impressed. The temporary works and design team are quick and efficient and the ordering process and customer service for the boxes we needed was seamless – you don’t have to give them very long to get the order here on time. On this project, they have delivered exactly what they said.”
They provide every job with really…
They provide every job with really simple to understand invoices and their damage waiver gives us peace of mind. Their customer service is great and reliable delivery, every time, means they're a partner we can really rely on
Exceptional performance
Exceptional performance! We used one of these gems at a Countryside Homes building site, tackling the challenges of a remarkably muddy terrain in the Somerset levels. The results were superb, surpassing all expectations. The Conquip Boot Wash is robust, versatile, easy to set up, and a game-changer in navigating such muddy conditions. Grateful for a tool that excels in real-world scenarios
