I was looking for a Canadian shop to make me a customized wallet. Few shops were willing, and even less were willing to work with shell cordovan. Craft and Antler Co, rose to the occasion. More importantly, Emily and the team was great with detailed communications. They guided me through the steps of construction, design, and changing things as they recommended. To top it off, they even sent me an additional birthday gift as I told them the wallet is my birthday present! I highly recommend the team at Craft and Antler Co. Emily and the artisans were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to future collaborations!

I wanted a very specific journal/notebook cover that I couldn't find anywhere. I contacted craft& antler cuz they're local to me and their site has some great looking leather stuff. They answered quickly and we went back and forth quite a bit on the design, at any point they could've just said "we don't do custom designs" like many places say (it's a lot of work and the chances of something going wrong because it's a design you've never done before is higher) but they didn't. The actual creation part didn't take too long either, a few days, I know they were working late too cuz they sent me a message late one evening to clarify something that to me was extremely minor (that tells me that they take care and pride in their work and strive to make everything exactly as envisioned). Even though it was closing in on the holiday season, they sent me exactly what I was looking for both in terms of design and fit/dimensions. I even made a mistake in one of the measurements I sent them which Emily (their customer care rep) clarified and corrected. And best of all, the whole thing was a bit over $100, using the well regarded crazy horse leather, from what I can tell, of good quality.

Most ppl won't need a custom something like I did, and I suspect they don't take too many of those orders because of how much work is involve; but the care they took with my custom order to understand and create something specific to my vision tells me a lot about the care they take with all their products and customers. They're a small outfit, who make things by hand so don't expect 24/7 instant phone support or machine made products but their products are clearly made with care and pride and being a small outfit they seem more than happy to talk to you to try and solve any issues or questions. If anyone reading this is thinking of buying something from them be it from the website or something custom, it's completely worth it but be sure to ask ALL the questions and clarifications (thickness of leather, colour variations, various dimensions of product etc). They seem more than happy to answer and that way you know exactly what you're getting.

The Shell Cordovan card holder and belt are excellent with great quality of leather and craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

It’s beautiful and just the perfect size to keep in my purse

Smooth transaction and product arrived sooner than expected. I was a little disappointed with my computer/desk mat though. I didn’t realize how thin the leather was going to be. I guess I expected it to be made from thicker stock.

Customer service was good, quick delivery. I did not notice when ordering that I had to specify where the monogram goes. I would have preferred it to be in the bottom right hand corner, rather than under the logo. It was also not centered under the logo so looks a bit off. Otherwise, nice product.
