Immediately after ordering I realised I had done collection and not post. I asked staright away if the order could be cancelled and I would do order again for posting. No response from several emails and cant get an answer on any of your phone numbers. My order says fulfilled and also shows as collected. Not happy with the service at all !!!!

Although happy with the product itself
Although happy with the product itself, I was very disappointed when it arrived in a large box as 1 solid block! When I have ordered the 11kg before it has come in individual 1kg containers. The big solid block is extremely hard to break down into small amounts and work with. Would not have ordered if I had known.
