Shipping times are a joke! Do not buy from this company. Highly disappointed and frustrated as my purchase was a gift.

Received as a gift a few months ago and have loved it. On the upside, I've been able to try a lot of different beers I've never had before, 75% of them very good. On the downside, 25% of the beers in the shipment I generally don't care for. 4.0 - 4.5 stars.

Was very disappointed to get the same beers in each shipment we received. I reached out to the company twice to express my disappointment only for it to be suggested that I try a different style of beer - I ordered the IPA selection. Since there are hundreds of thousands of breweries across the US I find it hard to understand why we would get the same beers in 3 shipments! I feel this company is a great concept, they just fail on providing the customer what they are advertising. Will NEVER recommend or use the company again!

Little did I know there’s a difference between The Original Beer Club and their beer boxes. I ordered a Hazy IPA box for three months and was initially disappointed when I received repeated beers in the next shipment. I reached out to customer service over email, and Larissa was a rockstar.

She kindly explained that the beer boxes include repeat selections (I should have read more closely). She even went above and beyond by swapping my final beer box to their Wheat Beer Box instead so I could get some variety.

Overall, great experience and excellent support.

I purchased this one-time item as a Christmas gift on December 7. However, 20 days later, it still has not arrived. The online tracking information has not been helpful, and since the recipient needs to be home to sign for it, I expected the tracking to be much more accurate. An email from the company says it makes all deliveries on the 3rd and 4th week of every month. I will not be buying from this company again.
UPDATE: I received a notification on 12/29/25 stating the item was out for delivery. It was not delivered until 12/30/25. Since someone 21 years old or older must sign, we wasted time waiting for the item to arrive. Never again! I don't care how good the beer may be, the logistics are very poor.

Don’t order from this company. Shipping times are extremely misleading and much longer than advertised. I placed an order specifically as a Christmas gift and reached out to customer service just to get a status update. Instead of actually helping, I received a generic, copy-and-paste response that answered nothing. No effort was made to check where my order was or provide a realistic timeline.

I spent nearly $100 on beer and was met with zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero customer support. At this price point, that’s unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering for a gift or anything time-sensitive, don’t risk it. Save yourself the frustration and just go to your local beer store.

The idea behind this subscription is great and I ordered a 3 month subscribe for my husband. The first box didn't come for a long time then when I reached out I was told that they tried to deliver and were not able to, so I would have to pay to have it resent to me, even though the price was already too high. When the first box arrived it was fun for my husband. Unfortunately the second box was the exact same beers as the first. I would never recommend this to someone I know. The customer service was terrible and I am very disappointed in the lack of beer selection.

This is a great way to get unique and delicious beers! I reached out to customer service due to wanting to see if there was a way for them to not include a specific type of beer that I don't care for and they were able to work with me.

Very happy with the craft beers, pretty unusual selections. I use them for gift giving too.

My friend loved the gift from the Craft Beer Club. Was easy to order and he received the first shipment quickly. Highly recommend.

By far the worst of the online "beer of the month clubs". My husband enjoys craft beer and every year I subscribe him to a different beer club. We've tried most of them by now and this year I send him the club from craftbeerclub.com. I had high hopes based on their website but this club has been a HUGE disappointment. The beers are TERRIBLE. Common, cheap beers that are all poorly rated. It's obvious that they're only buying the beers that breweries can't sell and I can't believe they get away with it. Even worse, when I called them to talk about it they couldn't have cared less. Their attitude amounted to "So what? Cancel if you want to". Which we did and went right back to another club that is so much better!
