Can't see myself returning
While there is a good variety of beers available, the website is not very well laid out and navigating through the different styles is not user friendly.
Moreover your cart value prior to checkout does not reflect the true cost of your order as along with delivery it also does not calculate vat on delivery and deposit charge which is misleading.
Also I reached out to the customer service to cancel order prior to despatch, 2 days later I had no answer and my order was not despatched so I contacted customer service again.
I have yet to receive a reply after reaching out again.
I think there are better operators in the market.
