Very quick and well packaged
Very quick and well packaged. Although, I think there should be some kind of "this way up" label on the box so the couriers don't throw them around too much. The only real issue is with the delivery company not giving me an update text (or even email) with the delivery time, so I was out when it came; but that's not CBD's fault.

Was emailed by ups and informed that my beer would be delivered on Friday. I tracked my package and all seemed OK until they emailed me informing me that my address was incorrect i never received any more emails and my package arrived on Monday 3 days late with the correct address

Disappointing
I ordered 2 Mystery boxes for 2 individuals however these were delivered together in the same box. This was obviously not ideal for gifting. Also, on the website the picture of the mystery box was very misleading as I assumed it would be indeed some sort of festive box or package. This was not the case. I received one box with 24 beers with obviously all postal details on front and therefore not very presentable as a present. I also had to then find a solution to box one of the sets of 12 beers separately. This was disappointing.

I bought a case from not on the high…
I bought a case from not on the high street- I bought the mixed case- I received nearly all doubles, only two in the case were not the same- when I went back to them they said ' in busy times we may have to put in doubles' no apology really poor. I wouldn't buy again.
They reached out and said the same thing again- I would not buy from them, really poor.
I wrote back to them, they made the same comment again ' over Christmas we have to double up' really poor- don't bother. X
