Crafters Market works very well for my small business.
Crafters Market works very well for my small business. I was looking for a selling site with low fees because my profit margin is low.
Crafters Market was fairly new when I joined and I love the fact that they continue to add many great user features. I also love the fact that a tree is planted for each order placed via the site.
I have also purchased a few gifts myself from other vendors and the goods and the service have always been excellent.

Hi Melisa,
We're terribly sorry you're not completely happy with your purchase. It looks like you've left a review under a service review instead of a product review. Was your overall marketplace experience ok?
That said, we've just looked into the product and, whilst the vendor does list the dimensions within the product description, we have reached out to them to ensure they're aware of your feedback.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback

Hi Christine,
We're sorry to hear your item hasn't arrived yet. Have you reached out to the vendor to enquiry? It may be related to the Royal Mail Postal strikes unfortunately.
If it's okay with you, we'll reach out to the vendor on your behalf to see if they've provided tracking for you.
All the best,
David
