am a new customer and received an email on 5/10 with tracking saying my package would be shipped on 5/11. As of 5/13 my package still was showing as label made but not received at usps. I emailed and received an auto response that I would hear back in up to 3 business days I believe. It is now 5/14 and I have checked to see that the package was brought in to usps today. No email but I'm assuming Monday I'll see something. Communication is key so when I'm told something is shipped out and then tracking info isn't there for 4 days it can be concerning as to whether or not I was scammed. I do not think that's the case here but I hope for better communication in the future.

Everything is so cute
