I emailed with a minor issue I had with an order at 10pm on a Friday evening and it was resolved within about 15mins. I fully accept issues will happen but how they are reacted to is how I would judge a company. Couldn’t be happier with how my minor issue was resolved. Will definitely be ordering again.
