Craftnest is a crafters candy store

Craftnest is a crafters candy store. Whether you're a content creator, Crafter, Book Publishers or just the average person who loves to create. Then Craftnest is the place. The online space is warm, inviting and visually beautiful. I get on their website and I spend hours looking and downloading all of the beautiful created designs that I need.

THEFT

I have my VISA bank account debited $15.00 + $0.45 foreign transaction fee. I have NOT signed up for anything from this company and have not given my bank account details. This is fraudulent activity on my account = theft. Please give me back my money or I will have you charged with theft. SCAM

Seeing an unrecognized charge is definitely alarming, but I need to be absolutely clear: CraftNest does not steal or store bank details. All transactions are securely processed through standard, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

If you did not sign up, it means your card was either compromised elsewhere and used on our site, or a family member used it. We take fraud seriously and want to help you get your money back. Please email support@craftnest.net with the exact date and amount of the charge. We will find the transaction, refund it immediately, and permanently block whoever used your card.
