Chinese drop ship and appalling “instructions” that make no sense, cheap products but not at a cheap price. I couldn’t ask for a refund or replacement as 30 days had passed (was away for a month before opening it) feel totally ripped off. Buyer beware.
A website that I thought sold quality products but it actually purchases its products from a well known cheap knock off website in another country. They use a forwarding service so the return address is from that cheap website also so they can’t deny these claims.
I purchased what I thought were good quality products but they are the cheap knock off versions where even the instructions are translated so poorly that you can’t use them.
If I had of bought direct from the cheap website it would have cost me literally a quarter of the price that I spent on craftoutlet, but thinking I was buying the legit products I didn’t mind paying that but since finding out I paid that for cheap knock offs it’s rather frustrating.
She will not give refunds, only store credits less postage and restocking fees even though her products are cheap knock offs that are total scam!
