Poor Quality and highly unprofessional
We ordered in bulk thinking it will be really good option for gift and it completely spoiled our intention due to unprofessional and cringy behavior
Its very small in size and very important is spoon doesn't have design way it is shown in image and they are selling low quality stuff for that price.
When you make them realize their mistakes they have guts to negotiate rather than recovering their mistake.
They could have sent us new spoons for all our sets but they offered us one additional item to compensate with tone as if they are doing favor on us.
They failed to understand that they have ruined our intentions and mood. They lack authenticity and taking in charge of their mistake so final intention of cusotmer and their trust is maintained
They have changed price on site and this proves how unprofessional and unorganized they are
It comes in poor packaging and we had to spend on packing.
The cusotmer service with them is really unprofessional and I wouldn't suggest that you even buy anything from this seller.
