Great customer service
The number of items I wanted were low in stock, I used the chatbot to enquire when more will be available. The response was immediate, I felt like a person was responding not an automated response. The reply was informative and agreed to arrange to order in the stock and send to me with 14 days. This all went through without hiccup and the item ordered is as I'd hoped. Great customer service.
