Parcel arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted.

Parcel arrived quickly and was well packed. The items were exactly what I wanted to start rag rug making, and instead of making my own proddy tool with a clothes peg, my o/h/ told me to go and buy one. Glad he did as this tool is nice and chunky for an old lady's arthritis bent hand. It feels just right, and I am looking forward to getting started. I bought the other tool as well as some spare springs for it, as this will give my hand and arm a change of position from the proddy, yet allow me to continue the work. I had to stop knitting due to arthritis so thought ahead how this new craft might affect my sore bones. I inherited a latch hook from my Grandmother for the other type of rug, and I think she would be very pleased to see my work today.

It is a user friendly site

It is a user friendly site. I found what I was looking for easily. The opportunity to ask a question was helpful and the parcel was trackable. Parcel arrived in allocated time . Thank you very much
