Update on review
Haven't received the order I paid for. Contacted the company twice about this issue and have had no replies or refund. I will not be ordering from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else based on their customer service... this part is an update on my missing order. It was received today with a note that said, due to most of the shipping address having been ripped off my package, it took awhile to find me. So I am changing my review to a 4 only because it is so hard to contact customer service. I am pleased with my purchase

No order yet/no customer service reply
I've not yet received my order. Using the web site was okay. Where you fell down is in not answering emails. I requested that you send my tracking number, and you blew off my request. Totally ignored it. I refuse to use SHOP and download their app. Because of that, you are punishing me by not sending the information I requested. I do NOT like someone trying to blackmail me into using an app I deem inappropriate and invasive.

I have purchased all of the sewing stations and thimbles from the range for my partner over the years and have never been disappointed. Lovely Products, Good Service but Improve Your Communication
Despite an initial (and may I say, rare) error made when packing my goods (an incorrect item was sent), Saad quickly sorted the problem. The real issue I had was it took 3 emails before I finally got a response - just to know what was going on would have helped and a telephone contact number would certainly improve communication. However, the products purchased are beautiful - the 3rd time I have purchased from this company. Birthday presents sorted for some special friends - THANK YOU.
