Craig's Barber Shop Reviews 

Heard about Craig’s Barber shop threw a parent of where my youngest goes to school, so I decided I’d take my youngest and another one of my children both with ASD to have their hair cut, older girl loved it I didn’t expect any problems there my youngest however I didn’t think we would get her in never mind having her hair cut. She did both he was so good with her allowing her the time to process everything and adjust to this new setting and having someone touch her hair. He cut her hair while she was playing with some toys definitely a happy mother here and will definitely be taking them back

Great experience with Craig on our first time visiting! He was patient and understanding with my son who is non verbal severe ASD. So glad I found Craig!
Great hair cut!

Our son Tommy is non verbal and autistic. Cutting his hair is always such a trauma for him. After years of having to pin him down and use clippers I'm so grateful to have found Craig. He has so much patience and Tommy was able to play and wander around while craig cut his hair. We are very grateful and are so happy with the results. We will certainly be regular customers. Thank you craig 💙

So glad I started to take my boys to Craig!
For years my eldest who is diagnosed with autism and has high sensory needs has hated having his hair cut. I’ve been hit, he’s been sick, screamed the entire time it was getting to a point we couldn’t physically do it anymore. We switched to Craig and he followed his lead only a few appointments in and he’s now wearing a gown and allowing Craig to fully cut his hair without a single tear. Thankyou so much he absolutely adores you aswel and is excited to come and have his hair cut 😂👍

From the second we walked into Craig 's barbers I could tell my son was comfortable. He has previously cried through his entire haircut as if he could feel every blade of hair being cut. Today, we didn't have one single tear, and this was completely down to Craig's approach; his care and his gentle manner, and what a difference he made. We will definitely be back. We can't thank you enough!

Absolutely amazing, my little boy normally hates having his hair cut but Craig made it so much fun he didn't want to leave!

My son really hates having his hair cut and their was a lot of Anxiety always built up around this.. However i took him to Craig’s and it was the best experience i’ve ever had with getting my little ones hair done! Such a calming atmosphere, Super friendly and He puts you and your little ones mind at ease, Both left the shop super happy! defiantly would Recommend!

Craig was great! Our son has DS and does NOT like hair cuts at all! We came across to an article about Craig’s barber Shop and decided to give a go. Craig was so patient,kind and quick! Thank you and we are looking forward to come back for our next appointment!

Craig has been cutting my hair for about 20 years. He is just good at it. He doesn’t muck about with fancy gimmicks, he just does what you ask for. I look a million dollars (not my words) thanks to Craig.

Fab visit to see Craig for our sons haircut today, Frankie has autism and dislikes visits to the barber due to his sensory issues, Craig really put him at ease and left him with a fresh cut. Frankie commented afterwards that it was the first time it hadn't hurt hum (he's 14) to see him have his haircut and me not sit there cringing for him or see him cry was a delight, thanks Craig, see you soon x

i was shaking on my way in, haircuts are always extremely awkward for me as i am nonverbal and terrified of people, but he made it very comfortable and got it done quickly which i appreciated. he was really gentle and didn't question the style i wanted like others often have. the price was less than half of what i usually have to pay and i will definitely be back :)

Craig was absolutely amazing with my little boy. He suffers from autism and a hair check is really traumatic for him . Craig was very patient and kind . Would highly recommend him and his amazing service . We can’t what to come back . Thanks Craig you’re brilliant at what you do .

We have been going to Craig's for a while now and the difference in my little boy is amazing! When we first started going Tobias would lash out, cry, scream and Craig would hardly get to cut any hair! Now Tobias runs in, plays and gets a full hair cut...most days! Craig is so patient with Tobias and has built a great trusting relationship. I honestly wouldn't take Tobias anywhere else!

Craig is very welcoming. The barbers looks like a toy shop. My child seemed to be settled. He's having his first hair cut with Craig at the end of the month. I think it will be a success

Tobey is 4 ASD and non verbal, he stims and jumps a lot, I have taken him 3 times now to Craigs and this time Tobey decided to lie down, Craig has so much patience with him and let's Tobey be himself whilst managing to cut his hair. Tobey was unsure of the clippers and kept covering his ears but Craig reassured him and Tobey let him use them. I would highly recommend Craig and wouldn't take tobey anywhere else. Thank you 😊

Absolutely Fantastic experience in Craig barbershop today . Harrison really struggles with hair cuts and hate anyone near his head . I'm amazed at how good Craig was with him , he was very patient and took a few smacks 🙈 but we have a very cool looking Harrison now 😎 thank you so much 👏

My son has additional needs and Craig was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. He gave me tips and advise on how to make a haircut less stressful for both me and my son. What Craig explained definitely made sense. The set up is really good too.

Today was a first time for my son going to Craig's barbers, my son is none-verbal and dosnt have the best communication with people but craig was really good with him and he had made my sons first experience great I was expecting a kick off from my son but never did he was happy singing away and coping what Craig was saying and made the experience run smooth and my son was very happy. Defo recommend to people I know.
