Unsure whether this is a legit company or just a scam? I made an order, it hasn't arrived and I've had no confirmation of shipping. Customer service is completely non-existent, they just took my money without sending a product.
Lit crakl started to crackle then over 10 mins each flame went out and crackling stopped on the others until after 30 mins all out

Great product and concept but my item arrived damaged and when I enquired about getting a replacement I was ignored by the company, no response to my email to advise of the damage. I have contacted the via their returns email and Facebook messenger but not one response.
