It's hard to put into words how vastly different working with Sarah has been compared to any other recruiter. When Sarah first spoke to me a few months ago, she really got to know me properly from the start and got a feel for exactly what I was looking for. When roles came up that might be relevant, she got in touch as soon as she had them to let me know and ask if I'd be interested and took absolutely no offence if it wasn't the right fit. When the perfect role came up (and I mean, THE perfect role), she called as soon as it landed with her to ensure I had plenty time to get my application in and prep for interview. To say she is a supportive recruiter would be a massive understatement. Throughout the process, she was always there to chat or provide advice and checked in with me more or less every day to ensure I felt supported and confident, even going so far as to send me an update every evening when we were in discussions with the hiring company. It made the world of difference having so much support and someone who genuinely wants the best for everyone she works with. Her advice was also always helpful and insightful and helped my preparations enormously. If she said she'd call or be in touch, she always followed through - something I think can be quite rare these days.
To summarise, I can honestly say Sarah made me realise what a truly great recruitment experience looks like from start to finish. Not only that, but she's helped me to find my dream role so I truly cannot thank her enough for everything. If you're ever fortunate enough to work with her, you can be absolutely confident you're working with someone you can trust who genuinely cares about you, understands what you're looking for and wants the best for you.

I unfortunately lost my job very suddenly a couple of weeks ago and from that day, Felipé has been nothing but helpful and supportive.
