Poor customer service for cost of sunglasses. I would rate the sunglasses higher, but I paid for expedited shipping and will be receiving my sunglasses outside of the timeframe from when I ordered. They then say that only the shipping is expedited but they may take 2 or more days to fill orders. The lack of transparency on this while customers pay a high cost for the sunglasses and additional cost for shipping to receive them is disappointing. I've actually never seen this occur with any other business. I reached out and asked for a $10 refund for the shipping and was not well assisted or compensated. Absolutely do not pay for expedited shipping. They'll take too long to fill the order and it's a completely pointless service that they should not offer.

Terrible quality. The full price of the pair I got is $90 which is astounding for how cheaply made they are. I paid about $70 after a discount and still feel ripped off. The style is the only thing keeping it above 1 star. You’re better off buying from a gas station.

A range of stylish glasses that feel high quality/sturdy at an affordable price. Just make sure you check the product dimensions to avoid ones that poorly fit your face

Customer service is great! I had a hick-up with my order, they were quick to respond and gave me a full refund even though my issue was half my fault half theirs.

I'd like to comment on the quality of the glasses but unfortunately I still haven't received them. I placed my order on July 19th and am writing this on September 10th, so its been nearly two months and my package hasn't arrived. Customer service has been really nice and I have received a partial refund (though I did see that another customer apparently received a full refund), but more than anything I'm just wondering where my order is and why it's taking so long to get to me. Probably wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you're based in Australia.

Waited nearly two months for my product to arrive and still haven't recieved it, customer service has been kind enough to review my problem and, grant a full refund. A bit disappointed on the delays however feel like the issue was dealt with well.

Nice glasses although disappointed with their width even though I have a wide face they still have gone to wide for my wide head.

Bought The Supa Phreek sapphire. Absolutely love them- so many styles to choose from! Great price, free shipping received in the Uk during Christmas time in 10 days. I will be ordering again!

I bought a pair of heavy tropic recently.

They look great, but they fit quite a small face, even though when you look at their website, they look much larger than the rest of their glasses.

Be careful buying these internationally, as the sizing is small. Shipping them back to the US from Australia is a pain.
