We had a lot of garden waste and a few bits from the house that required throwing away. It would have taken a fair few trips to the rubbish tip, so we contacted Jamie at Crapper and Sons.
From the get go they were very polite, professional and efficient (the whole lot was loaded into the van in no time). I would whole-heartedly recommend Crapper and Sons.

James arrived on time, cleared the timber and stone as agreed and invoiced promptly. Moreover, he was good fun to have around for the morning. An excellent service.

They took all of the garden waste we had accumulated- which was a considerable amount - and tidied up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for more!

The tour of the site was excellent and informative. Amazing to see what goes on with informative guiding from Richard and Nick. If you get a chance do go on the next tour. See where the wonderful Crapper compost is made.

I attended a Saturday morning Open Day tour of the facility on January 29th with a large group of interested people. We were hosted by Richard Crapper and the team on a motorised guided tour of the site, which I believe is over 80 acres. I was extremely impressed with what I saw and extremely surprised to find out the amount of the investment that has been put into this very impressive ECO enterprise.

I attended a Saturday morning Open Day on January 29th. It was very interesting to meet and chat with the business owner and to hear what they do with our waste, the difficulties they face and their plans for the future, particularly the aim to be self sufficient and keep all activities in the UK.

Excellent clearance of house,garden and garage by Jamie and team,nothing was to much trouble even took a little extra when asked.
Left all tidy even swept out garage,would definitely use again and recommend.

Had cause to use Crapper and Son for disposal of garden waste. Very prompt, great price and an excellent job done by Jamie and his team all round. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Carppers quoted for the work, explaining me through all my options and the costs.
They collected the rubbish with no problems, even with me changing the date a couple of times. they were polite and the work was done quickly without any extra costs.
would recommend to others and use myself again.

We have used Crapper and Sons twice now and both times they have been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and well priced, (and cheaper and easier than a skip) we will be looking forward to using them again in the future.

Quick response tidy and efficient

I had a fir tree which had been cut down and needed to be removed from my bungalow. I rang Crapper & spoke to Jamie who gave me a fair price. Jamie & his colleague arrived at the time and day agreed, they were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Brilliant service. Fast response both in communication and appointment. Quick and efficient in work at a very affordable price and even took extra away at last notice! Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service from the office and the guys collecting…. They completely cleared everything and swept up to ensure no sign of the waste was left.
