Crash Services refused to handle my accident claim which of course they are entitled to do. However to lie about the details of my claim in order to avoid handling it is unforgivable. Shame on Bavarian in Belfast for directing me to them and wasting two weeks repair time.
I just want to say that this company was there for me and gave me excellent customer service. I highly recommend the friendly staff at the Belfast office in particular and the help from Maggie was 10 out of 10. Well done!
