Was able to get Crave basic plan free…

Was able to get Crave basic plan free as a Virgin mobile customer. Couldn’t imagine paying for it.
Too many commercials and constant freezing.
When starting Crave you usually get 4 commercials then the circle of death. Then a familiar error pops up.
Player failed to load.
No thanks, I’m dumping Crave. 👎🏻👎🏻

I called on Sept 8 and asked the agent if TSN came with a premium package. They told me it did so I bought it. Turns out they were lying. I didn't get the package. Now I am out $220 for a subscription I barely use. This is a scam. And you don't get to talk to anyone who speaks english. Most are in the Phillipines. Screw Crave and the liars that work for them.

Crave is basically a garbage rip-off. Most of the quality content they have is ONLY available in French, a fact which they don't declare at all when advertising in English. I've had a Crave account for years, but whenever I see that something I would like to watch is on Crave, and I try to watch it, I find it is only in French. My French is not bad, and I don't mind watching actual French movies in French, but I'm damned if I'm going to watch Anaconda or The Hobbit dubbed into French!! Crave is basically a swindle.

Horrible!!!

Horrible!!!! I will never subscribe to CRAVE again. I paid premium for 3 months. It kept freezing all the time. I always had to sign in not once in the evening but a several times. Why???? Do it subscribe!!!!!

Run away...don't waste your money

Crave is the worst for a poor user interface, repeated lost signal and nothing special about the content. We got Crave as a freebie with our Virgin account.
No wonder its free. There's not a chance in hell I would ever pay for this crappy service. Don't waste your money. Every few months I think maybe they listened and changed something. Nope. Now it currently shows me logged into my account but everytime I pick any show, it says I need a account. Explain that logic. Virgin didn't give me a freebie, they gave me a curse.

Do NOT subscribe to Crave. I took advantage of a 3.99/month offer for three months with commercials thinking the number of commercials would be similar to what I've experienced with Netflix and Disney+, both of which insert very few commercials. Instead, I am getting four commercials every 11 minutes or so. To make matters worse, they are inserted at the most awkward of times, as in right in the middle of a scene or even dialogue. The experience of watching a show, particularly a good one, is destroyed. This is a streaming service that clearly doesn't care one bit about the consumer. It's only care is making money. Well, this is how you lose customers and ultimately, lose money, not make it. A second-rate business model that aims to squeeze money out of duped subscribers rather than building up long-term trust and loyalty by treating people properly. As cheap as 3.99/month is, the service still isn't worth it. A total rip off.

Takes about 15-20 min, just to be able to put on a show, because there is always a problem (loading, going back to the home page, frozen screen) wich I never ever get with other platforms (Netflix, Disney, Apple TV…)

Horrendous Customer Service

I wanted to cancel my account and get a refund a few days after my 6 month subscription went through. I spoke to several different agents and one supervisor who repeated their policy of no refunds. I have been with them for years, it just got too expensive. I asked about lowering my plan to the basic, but I have a Roku TV, and their platform does not work with Roku devices. The worst customer service from a company that made 1.3 billion dollars last year. I cancelled my service and will never go back. Why would you make your customers so angry for $99??

That is absolutely unacceptable

That is absolutely unacceptable. I used Crave TV a year ago, and it worked fine with my TV. I didn't change my TV, but Crave changed its app, and now it doesn't work with my smart TV. This was not advertised when I made my subscription. I called Customer Service, and they refused to refund my money for the service they were unable to provide. With this kind of customer care and so many streaming services, you guys will die pretty soon

The reviews are true…. Crave servoce is total crap. You’ll spend more time with the buffering circle, resetting and continual adds due to resets. I’ve used for one month and will be cancelling. With all these terrible reviews one would think they’d be fixing it.

Maybe I'm in the minority

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I get extremely frustrated when I plan to watch something, and then find that it's not really available. It's like a practical joke at my expense. I would prefer not to see the information for shows I can't watch, displayed exactly the same way as others. This visual trick does not make me want to purchase an add-on like Starz. It only makes me angry.

Way too many commercials, it just ruins watching any show, I stopped watching and cancelled my plan. Netflix has none! Feel like trying to change streaming services into cable - there is a reason streaming became so popular so fast. No commercials and no waiting to watch next episode.
