I NEVER GOT MY MATTRESS!!!

I have made multiple attempts to reach customer service. I paid on 2/6/25.

It's been over a week on a bed frame which says 2 to 5 days it has been 9 days and I have sent multiple emails with no response and no update.

The product gets a 5. Good quality, easy to assemble.

Service gets a 1. Very frustrated to order and pay for the product on July 13 and not receive the product until July 31 with no updates between. It seems that the product did not get processed to ship until I sent an email on July 25 asking when it would arrive.

We had houseguests on July 31 and got the foundation two hours before they arrived. It was very stressful getting it assembled and getting the bed out together and clean everything up before our guests arrived.

Website and ordering process is super easy to use.

I'm so pleased with my Luxury Firm Hybrid mattress. I had the best night sleep I've had in a long time. And it's so pretty I hated to put sheets on it...but I did.

Great communication from the purchase to delivery. Had a question once the mattress arrived and called the help number and the question was answered quickly. Happy to have an American made product to sleep on every night. Bed is very comfortable so far. Happy with the purchase.

so far so good...let me apply a coupon that misfired after the fact. Very good and speedy customer service, which is very important to me. Have not gotten my mattress yet so cannot rate that ...can't wait. .

This is a great company to do business with and the mattress they sell is wonderful. If you are looking for a mattress made with comfort in mind, look no farther.

My biggest disappointment is how much plastic waste there is. It was a 30-gallon bag worth. The cardboard box was also about twice as large as it needed to be, again more waste (plus it arrived in a torn box as a result. I am really trying to live green and that much plastic waste makes me feel as if I blew it. I'm also sad that my first few nights haven't been the great sleep I had hoped for. I wear a Fitbit so I know exactly how well I slept. It seems like it's a hotter mattress that our last mattress. It's definitely a much softer mattress than we're used to and without the sidewall construction, it will take some getting used to.

We had no problems with ordering, delivery and set up. Set up was quick and easy. The mattress is everything we thought it would be. Great.....Our first nights sleep was the most restful in a long time.

We love this mattress. Perfect balance of firm and soft feeling. Great, unique base/box spring that is so pretty it doesn't need to be covered by a skirt. Very easy to assemble as well. As long as it holds up well, we will be buying more of these for our B&B in the future.

I love my new bed! The firm hybrid bed is very supportive, yet the layer of memory foam on top makes it seem like a softer bed without sacrificing the support I need. The companies practices of making as much as they can locally really spoke to me which is why I tested it out and the 100 night trial really made it an easy decision. Purchasing a bed online can seem like a daunting choice, but with the trial option you can’t go wrong. Definitely recommend this bed and company. Thanks Crave Matress!

We love this mattress! Replaced our old mattress with a Crave one a month ago and have been sleeping like babies ever since. Shipping was fast, and customer service was very engaging. My wife and I are both side sleepers and the mattress works great. I'm 6'2 220 lbs. And she is 5'2 130 lbs. No complaints at all. No creepy off gassing smell either! Plus we get to support a %100 made in America product. MAGA!
