We have recently used Cray Manor for the third time for home renovation projects . This time we had all Soffits, Fascias, guttering and a new side gate replaced. We are so pleased with the quality of the work again. It was quite a complicated job the marvellous Marin used all his skills to effect a brilliant result . We were impressed that It was finished in a timely manner considering poor weather and short days. Dean sourced and managed the project ably and patiently and as always is supported by Angela in the office who keeps communications open and professional at all times. Thank you for another job well done.

I have had craymanor do work for me many times. They are professional and the standard of work is 5* couldn't recommend highly enough.

Craymanor designed and constructed a steel frame mezzanine floor within my unit. They did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend

Disappointed with their work on my Mum's house.
The contract said the job should take around nine weeks, they started in January and finished in November.
When they initially finished the wet room my Mum had to pay an independent plumber to produce a report. This confirmed the shower only produced cold water, the plumbing was set up incorrectly, the room was not waterproof and the floor sloped to the door rather than the drain. This was eventually sorted by Craymanor.

Craymanor designed our project from the start and completed all of our project. Very pleased with the work they did and the timescale. Quality is amazing, would highly recommend and look forward to seeing you again in the summer for our next build!

quote doesn't match the bill. loads of extras added by them for no reason other than " cost of raw materials gone up". Also charge landfill tax which is shameful as its in small wording in contract and never explained. the quality of workmanship is poor and their communication is a disaster. This is the worst building company in Sidcup . I have to give a star but I wouldn't even give that if I had a choice.
