The bag was nice but I felt too young for me. I tried to return. Sent email and tried chat on line but no reply after three attempts. Disappointed in no response and have to keep an item I don’t want.

I received my two lovely bags today, and will be placing an order for the Black one shortly. I did get a bit worried when my order didn't come yesterday since I placed next day delivery, and I didn't get a update to say the order had been dispatched, sent two emails to enquire, but to my surprise the two bags arrived today! Good quality bags, and a very fast dispatch/delivery - I will definitely be shopping again.

Returned item not received a refund or any further communication.

Great product, I was let down on delivery as first consignment was apparently lost. Therefore missed arrival for Mothers Day, but now arrived and issues resolved.

Although the bag is nice it is not as described. It was described as Light Blue but is definitely green and the metallic colour on the strap is not the silver I was expecting.
The description also says there is an external back zipped pocket but there are no pockets on the outside of the bag. The zipped pocket is internal.

My sister has not received her bag that I ordered last Saturday at all. Never recd in and my money has been taken.

Thought I was replacing a bag bought elsewhere several years ago on a like for like.,Arrived v quickly but shoddy product, zip not fixed in properly, and missing an extra outside zip compartment I was expecting. Emailed re zip and assured would send replacement. 2weeks later nothing’s arrived. Would now like a refund.

I ordered a bright pink bag easily on the website one afternoon and it arrived the next day.......absolutely brilliant. Exactly as the picture and the perfect colour, it didn't break the bank and was just what I need to match an outfit for Christmas. Will definitely use again!

My handbag was absolutely gorgeous, l am delighted with both quality and price. The only reason l have not given 5 stars is - l was promised next day delivery and it didn't turn up until a day after the designated arrival date. However, l will definitely buy again because l am so impressed with the item itself 😃👜
