Good product, reasonable prices, they are shipping better now, and with site upgrades too. The only issue I had is with deficient customer service.

Good for the price but...
The sale prices and shipping speed are fantastic. Not a fan of the lack of terpenes from the all different extracts that I got. Alot of bud, is some what stale, but I guess, you get what you pay for.

Good product, bad customer service.
They appeared to be having some issues getting orders via money transfer. I think some people complained, and I can see why.
Now, they have improved with the addition of credit card payment however and the product is pretty good, competitively priced.
The problem is with the customer service, they don’t get back to you, or answer your questions. There have been shipping problems for me (as specified), and they refuse to answer questions.
I was able to determine on my own that they shipped the cheap and slow method, and not at the time they claimed (2 days late). Good thing I still have a bit of weed.
Smarten up you people!
Next time I will go with somebody more reliable.
Good customer service is the most important thing.
