The bed did arrive but a week later…
I ordered the bed on 23 April 2024. I received an email thanking me for my order and saying the bed would arrive within 5 working days. The bed did arrive but in 8 working days. This was not within the 5 days that had been communicated and I received no communications until I raised a complaint.
I had become very concerned that it was a scam.
However, when the beds did arrive they were packaged well and easy to put together by me and my young teens and they love them.
Really good price, good package... There was a delay and this could have been communicated better.

Everything ok with the bed etc but i think you need to look at changing your courier as who delivers a bed in 3 separate parts ? I had dismantled my bed when you text to say my new one was coming which meant my pregnant partner then had to sleep on a mattress on the floor all while you had a not our problem attitude

Everybody makes mistakes. When I bought the wrong-sized bed frame from CrazyPriceBeds.com I assumed it was my fault. However, it was not.
The website listed king-sized beds as "a standard size of 72 inches by 80 inches". Despite the actual size of a king-sized bed being at least a foot narrower, a customer service operative defended this statement to me by claiming it was "the best information possible" and that they therefore couldn't give me my money back.
I'm still struggling to understand how a bed retailer is unable to correctly identify the size of a king-sized bed. Presumably the true size of a king-sized bed is subject to rigorous and ongoing scientific debate and is as-of-yet unknown.
I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but I've been trying to get refunded for almost a week now and I haven't so much as received an apology or recognition of the mistake.
I've tried being polite and I've sent across screenshots proving my statements on numerous occasions, but I've had no luck at all.
I would not recommend buying from this company. I am currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor and waiting for CrazyPriceBeds to refund me so that I can buy a bed frame from a reputable and trustworthy company.

Please note the dimensions on the actual bed listing was accurate and a king size bed frame was purchased with the correct dimensions showing. Therefore if a king size bed is required please be assured this is what has been delivered to you.

I purchased a bed and mattress delivery…
I purchased a bed and mattress delivery was very good but when we assembled the bed their is a good 2 inch difference on each side so the bed is on a slant the holes were all ready their the mattress was meant to be 12inch depth it's 8 inchi have tried to sort it the will refund the mattress but not the bed because it's been assembled trying to explain that is when we saw the fault and I am willing to take it back down so the cam collect the bed and mattress but they won't answer it wasn't a cheep bed but it's cheaply made and what a rip off company stay clear at all cost now I'm going to have to purchase a new bed for my son to sleep absolutely shocking company

I was skeptical when ordering as…
I was skeptical when ordering as reviews said you get no correspondence from company, I then didn't receive a confirmation email however I quickly realised you can log in to your account on the website and get updates on your order, my bed arrived in 3days so very fast delivery, I haven't put it up yet as I'm waiting to decorate first but happy so far.

Excellent customer service and great bed too
Speedy delivery, the package was delivered some damage to the headboard, however it was replaced immediately. Excellent customer service.
The ottoman bed was really easy to put together and took 2 of us 2 hours. (I had one from Wayfair that took 5 hours!) generally very satisfied with this product and will be using them again
