Liam stated my documents were approved

Liam stated my documents were approved. The issue was that a second document appeared only after the first passed. The vague status was the actual problem. I probably wouldn't have minded if the site had simply shown one accurate status.

In my case, login code arrived late twice, then the page said the first code was ran out.
I was already on my second coffee by the time I got in. I saved a screenshot before closing the page.

I uploaded my ID photo and the profile…

I uploaded my ID photo and the profile stayed awaiting processing. After that, the withdrawal request screen demanded files the profile never mentioned.
I spent more time reading the profile than taking the photo. The same detail was still wrong before bed STILL pending.

The lobby filter contradicted the front…

The lobby filter contradicted the front screen.

After that, favourites emptied itself after logout.

A ten-minute break became lobby troubleshooting.

The whole thing felt more confusing than it needed to be.
