The worst news is that emails are not responded to by them.

This guys are really terrible
This guys are really terrible,
1. They Sale Fake Product: I bought Envato Account, and I followed all Instructions but I keep getting error that the Account has been Disabled.
2. They have the Worst Customer Service: I contacted their Customer service for them to help resolve the issue, but I didn't get a response from them even after 3 Days.
3. They Are Very Unfair: I sent several messages through Personal Ticket in my Account Dashboard and their Email Account, for them to Refund me since the Service I bought is clearly not working and they wont help me fix the issue, they also ignored me.
Meaning they want to SCAM me of my hard earned money.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS.

Out of date themes and plugins, no updates
I bought their monthly subscription only to find out the version of the theme I needed was like 5 versions out of date, contacted them and they told me they don't have update of the theme.
I suspect these people don't download from the original authors, I'm now scared of the safety of those themes
