After two weeks of brilliant printing

After two weeks of brilliant printing, the printer starts to make fragile prints using Cura slicer. I have looked at settings all are ok. Contacted Creality 5X and no one gets back to you. Bloody poor customer service Anycubic have better service. Do not purchase Creality.

Bought the BL auto leveling kit and the…

Bought the BL auto leveling kit and the manual given with it was outdated, I still did was sounded logical and tried to follow the manual as good as possible and it fried my motherboard.

They say it's my fault, which it partly is, but how can you release products and even give away the manual with the product without updating it first?

As an entrepeneur myself I would be ashamed doing something like this. This incindent gives me a bad taste in the mouth, making me think that they probably don't give a ****t about the costumer.

No point in contacting their costumer service.

Terrible, trully terrible.

EDIT: It seems that more people have this issue and Creality does NOT help you solve the issue. Do NOT buy this item. Do your research! More people fried their motherboard.

I ordered the Ender 3 and filament and…

I ordered the Ender 3 and filament and I'm still waiting on my printer. I received the filament but not printer. When I reached out to customer service, they asked me to be patient, the printer is on backorder...I checked the order today before posting this and it says that the printer will ship on January 30. I placed my order back in December. Over a month to ship and item that said it was in stock? Unacceptable.

These scammers should be locked up

My first mistake was buying their product. My second mistake was not trying to return it at the first sign of problems. Not that it would have mattered - Creality's support policy is to send links to youtube videos that temporarily solve the problem until you are past the 14 day return window. I ended up just mailing it back to them and after a series of lies from them ("we never sent you a return address", "okay, we sent you a return address but we lost it", "ok, we have it but you sent it to a third party warehouse, even though you sent it to the address on the page we sent you a link to"), they are refusing to refund my money. Why are these criminals not in jail?

I have the detailed account chronicled on a web page but this site doesn't let me post links.

GARBAGE

It is absolutely garbage mine caught on fire and so I asked for a refund I never got a response I need my money back seeing as a am a child and can't afford to waste that kind of money

Creality Ender 3 V2 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased Creality Ender 3 V2 from third party (Bangood) on 10/18/20. Received on 10/26/20. Assembled on 10/27/20. Booted up and was able to do one print and electronics failed. Sent request to Creality for warranty using form on their website. NO reply. Sent email. NO reply. Sent message on their online website chat. NO reply. Tried to submit another warranty claim using form on their website and it has been removed. Sent second email with NO reply. Will now need to purchase my own electronic parts from a third party to make this thing work again. will never purchase another Creality product. Negative review has also been posted on my YouTube channel.

How could you go from making an amazing…

How could you go from making an amazing product like the ender 3 to a total piece of garbage like the ender 5?
Thank goodness I purchased the ender 3 first, because I will NEVER waste $300 on your garbage ever again!!!!!
And I will be sure to tell anyone who may be interested in 3D printing about the ender 5..... I am sooo disappointed in myself.....

Avoid this company at all costs...

I mistakenly placed an order and immediately requested cancellation after I realized it. The company refused and instead sent the order anyway. I believe they intentionally disregarded the email and sent the order out despite my cancellation request. Now I have to work with UPS to intercept the package and open a dispute with my bank.

Creality dont refund.

I bought from creality3dshop, and they are selling without stock. Bought 3 items on 09/04/2020, and only 2 were sent, but 1 month later, nothing arrived, and they only sent from china, yeah, China, ok day 06/05/2020, when i paid shippment taxes to receive in 8 to 15 days. They dont want to refund me, only wants to refund the item that supposly was on stock, but it wasnt. The 8 to 15 days off delivering already over, so i asked for refund, and they dont want to refund me. Will never buy again anything from creality, and if someone is thinking about buying something, think twice.

Customer care that doesn't care

I purchased the first printer not realizing that the shipping would be delayed, so i asked to cancel the order and i purchased another model that was supposed to have immediate shipping. The sad part is that they have failed to not only cancel my first order but to even acknowledge the request to cancel and the printer that was supposed to have immediate shipping still hasn't shipped 5 days after its promised shipping date.

Creality Product and Customer Service

I had purchased a Creality Ender-5 Plus printer this Jan (2020) and have nothing but trouble after a 1 1/2 weeks into the purchase.
Timeline of complaints:
26 Jan: BL touch not working properly, temperature of nozzle not heating filament properly, wanted situation resolved or money refunded -n o response back from organization
05 Feb: third time writing email for resolution - flashed firmware, printer stayed above bed and showed printer process completed even thoOugh no printing took place - no resolution from compa ny
14 Feb: nce again, I informed company about my dissatisfactionof the product...the z offset now did not work...requested any information, RMA numbers, or any other requirement needed to send back printer for a full refund - still no response from company
17 Feb: received 1st response from company wanting video of problems - informed customer service representative(Zoey - all conversation after this dealt with her) I had already taken the printer apart and put it back in its original box and I was unsatisfied with the product and wanted a full refund
19 Feb: customer service to me that I needed to cooperate with them to resolved the condition of the printer (asked if I could give c1ompany more trust)
9 Feb: informed customer service after being tired of getting no responses from the company until now I was done with trusting the company after my first non-response from 1 1/2 weeks into my p2roblem and wanted a full refund
2 Feb: customer is still pushing the issue of wanting me to talk to a technician about the printer instead of accommodating my re2quest for a refund
3 Feb: informed customer service (once again) I wanted a refund and to send any necessary items to me for shipping product back to2 them
5 Feb: company customer service still not honoring my request for a refund - wanted me to talk to a technician to redo all my troubleshooting on the printer (already tried all troubleshooting steps mentioned in all emails form technician previously)
25 Feb: previously mentioned to customer about trying all troubleshooting steps to fix problem - none worked; still will not honor request for a full refund on printer - informed customer service representative I am ready to contact legal authorities over this situation
27 Feb: customer service representative wrote back to me to repeat same troubleshooting steps previously accomplished, and wanted video of problem...already stated prior that my printer was packed up in its original box and was not being unpacked and reassembled again
28 Feb: told customer service representative I was done and will be taking this issue to someone in a position higher than her; have already filed complaint with the BBB and this matter; called number listed on contact pag364-5097e (805-) and received a recording to leave. a message

So far, no actions from the company have been met.

I would advise anyone wanting to buy products from this company to think otherwise.

Capricorn Tubing Was not sent

I bought the Silent Board + Capricorn and only received the Silent Board, I contacted them and they told me to take a picture of my package that they sent so I did, they said they will check with their Wearhouse and no answer if I’m going to get my Capricorn Tubing that I bought with my Silent Board, their Wearhouse needs to pay attention when shipping customers items and creating issues for others.

creality3donline service sucks

I bought two things from their webshop.
- 3d printer
- filament
So, the issue is that they ignored the warehouse I chose to ship things from and sent the filament from the China one. As an outcome delivery took way longer as promoted and I had to pay import fees and taxes which were like half of the filament price.

once I complained but there was zero reaction.

STAY AWAY FROM creality3donline SHOP, THEIR SERVICE SUCKS.

Massive loss of time / Creality keeps lying

IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR TIME STAY AWAY FROM CREALITY!
Here is my experience:

 I bought a CR-10S PRO on December the 12th - delivery estimation of 5-15days
 Still no printer a month and a half later.
 I set up a complaint with Paypal as I felt like Creality kept lying to me through emails
 Creality started threatening me that they would not send the printer unless I close the Paypal complain. Totally against the Paypal rules as the product must be sent and received for the complain to be close otherwise the buyer could be screwed over and couldn’t open the case anymore.
 I then escalated the complaint as Creality confirmed they wouldn’t send the printer
 Paypal left 10days to Creality for they either send the printer or show a proof that they have sent it
 Creality decided to reimburse instead of sending the printer FOR THE ONLY REASON THAT THEY NEVER HAD THE PRINTER IN STOCK
What a massive loss of time and energy.
Be also aware than on top of lying openly, their customer service is also horrendous, and their English level is very poor.
