I made an error when ordering meaning I ordered way more than I wanted to this then resulted in a huge payment to be made, I have contacted this business multiple times via email but to no avail, they are now completely ignoring me.
I also haven’t even received any of the goods, this was in June !!
I have purchased an item twice from this company and I’m currently waiting for my second order although all went well and was timed reasonably given I ordered it over a weekend (Thursday) and it is a fair price for delivery however they are not the most responsive when it comes to questions however you will get regular updates on the status of your order is just more automated whether you prefer that or not is act up to you I’m still waiting for second order they have said it should be with me on Wednesday they haven’t let me down so far so far so good
