Too many displayed assets are
Too many displayed assets are, in fact, not available for download. If assets are no longer available, remove them from your database.I sometimes wonder if this is a bait and switch strategy. In any event, it's a big waste of my time as SEARCHING for assets is always the most time-consuming part of using any stock image site. Finding the right asset only to be notified that it cannot be downloaded is infuriating. Also, too many displayed assets can only be used if you also use VistaCreate's layouts? Why? Why isn't this a user CHOICE? Download the asset OR download the asset and layout. I don't get it. There are some annoying aspects about the VistaCreate site that I have never experienced with any other stock image site, and I subscribe to four others.

my opinion is positive overall. I only have to point out that several times I have found graphics in the exported video that are slightly different from those set in the graphic design phase... in particular, the position of the text is sometimes different from the one previously set.

Vista Create - Zero
Google sent me to Vista Create to design a simple postcard. I did so with my own images. Even with the help through the chat box, it took hours to figure out how to get the design over to Vista Print. I downloaded the front and back designs but could only get the front uploaded. The quality was poor. The sizes of the postcards are not the same. I've wasted hours and still don't have a postcard. I've used Vista in the past and was pleased. My experience has been a ZERO.

Love it, But.....
I love background erase. I also love how I can alter text with pictures.
What I don't love is when I type text using spaces the space isn't there. I have to go back using arrows or a mouse and put the spaces in again. It didn't used to do this but it has been doing it for at least 6 months. It doesn't matter if it's on mobile or desktop.
I also wish they would add moving letters. Scale in is fine and so is move in but a typing look is really attractive and would be nice. The breathe and zoom options are sometimes jittery.

I absolutely love the fast friendly chat customer service. They don't make me feel stupid. They actually listen and help. When it came time to renew for another year that was the deciding factor. As far as features they are comparable to other similar services.

I am increasingly disappointed that many of the displayed creative assets are not actually available for download. This is especially the case with vector fonts. When assets are no longer available, they shouldn't be displayed. The "Something went wrong. Pease try again" is annoying because "trying again" never works. I am also disappointed with your very limited "search" capabilities.

We feel the templates are not fresh enough - they look too dated. We use the templates on a daily basis and are looking for new ideas constantly - we depend on this service. If the service does not improve in 30 days we will discontinue our membership and look elsewhere.
