I have used 5 hours trying to cancel my subscription!

It is impossible.

I have talked to Vista Create on the phone, on email and on chat.

They continue to say I MUST cancel my subscription in the APP.

Only problem is, that I cant. The only thing I can do under "subscriptions" is to upgrate it. Not cancel it.

I suspect that I can only cancel once they have redrawn the first payment - that way get money form me without my consent.

They Are scammers. They refuse to cancel the subscription on their end, not becaust they cant - off cause they can. They just wont.

Dont download the APP.

Items ordered never arrived. Its been the 3 rd time happening , this company used to be great .I honestly don’t know what happened!🤦🏽‍♀️🙈

Vista create said they had a free trial after free trial it would cost $13 a month. Free trial goes by and bam they charge my credit card $120. I don't know how as that doesn't even add up to $13 a month. I'll definitely warn others to stay away no way it's not a scam. Can't even fond where to cancel my account on the website. There billing page doesn't even come up anymore. Buyer beware there not good people.

Vista Create ripped Me Off On eBay.
I tried to cancel. Two agents could not find my account to cancel. They told me to reset my password with my email. I received no reset password link.
and they charged me $120.00 on my credit card.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are rip off artists.
I opened a case against Vista Create with my credit card company.
This is not the first time I had a problem. Vista Print
for business cards is the same thing. They find a way to keep charging you.

I had a membership for about a month, and had downloaded a couple of still images early in the membership. A week and a half ago, the service stopped letting me download any assets. I worked through all of the online troubleshooting, with no resolution. I contacted support and let them know of the issue. They responded a few days later to ask me to send links to the projects I could not download (which was all of them). A few days after that, I emailed to ask for a status update because my project needed to be completed. After not receiving a response for another two business days (and a week after the issue began), I requested a refund since I would need to go purchase another platform to complete my project on time. I received notice today that VistaCreate would not provide any refund because I had downloaded a couple of images early on in my membership. Be sure your pay close attention to the fine print. They accept no responsibility if you have any problems with their website or service.

This is my favorite app! It is so simple and you can create beautiful templates for any occasion!

I have been waiting 2 weeks to fix a bug and they have no idea how much longer, software not working properly yet, i would avoid it.

I attempted to receive a refund from an auto charge for an annual account. I was told that I had used the service after the auto charge. I did not use the account and I did not receive confirmation of receipts stating what specifically I specifically used. Since confirming I did not use it, i have heard nothing. If no further correspondance is heard, will need to contact bank to have this money returned.

I cancelled this service before it started & I was still charged. I would like a full refund added back to my card asap

My intention was to sign up for a monthly subscription which i believed to be £10.00 per month (as advertised on the website. There is no option to cancel the free trail whilst the trail is in progress. I then get charged £144.00!!!!!! Little did I know, I had been charged for a yearly subscription instead! To add to this, i received absolutely no warning email about this charge!

No where on the trail options does it state a £144.00 charge! I have now been told my refund is subject to approval for something i didn't authorise. I can see many customers have had this problem from reading the reviews.

I have no choice but to believe this website is manipulating customers so they can charge extortionate amounts that are not authorised and make it incredibly difficult to get a refund! DO NOT USE!!!

I do not want this account. It doesn't suit my needs. And canceling subscription seems to be impossible.

Used the free trial for a school project and was not reminded that the trial was coming to an end. Without warning was then charged the £144 annual pro subscription. As a student this sum of money is detrimental to me. As a website that markets templates for social media posts and TikToks (aimed at student age people) this method of subscription payment is, as I can see from other reviews, putting many young people unfairly out of pocket and should be resolved.

It was not my intent to sign up for the $120 annual subscription. I follow-up email before the charge was made would've been beneficial. I would have signed up for the monthly option.

I cancelled my account (or so I thought) during the free trial and was still billed for a full year! unacceptable!

I did not want it after trial. Could not cancel. Ended up paying for one month, now canceled.
