In today’s world, it is unfortunately far more common for people to highlight poor service or leave negative feedback than it is to recognise excellence. In my view, however, it is far more important to celebrate and share truly exceptional service and outstanding quality products.

From my very first contact with Created by Magic , even before placing an order , through to the delivery of the final pieces, the customer service has been nothing short of exceptional and quite simply the best I have experienced. There were no chatbots in sight; every enquiry was answered promptly, thoroughly, and by a real person ; a superhuman called Laura. The personal touch offered by Created by Magic is genuinely refreshing and reassuring.

This outstanding service is matched by an equally outstanding product. The quality of the prints is superb , beautifully produced and finished to an exceptionally high standard. I ordered two pet portraits and could not be happier with the result. I only wish I had discovered Created by Magic sooner, as a portrait of my niece and her partner would have made a truly special and memorable wedding gift.

I ordered a pet memorial portrait following the sad loss of our 23 year old cat. It is absolutely beautiful, I would describe the look as ethereal, a stunning way to remember her. I researched many many companies for my daughters wedding and only Created by Magic matched my vision and expectations. The stationery was so beautiful! Laura was just a pleasure to deal with and answered my many questions with patience and understanding. I wanted an illustration of our village church to be a feature on all the stationery and Laura was only too pleased to accommodate this. When we had a last minute change to the place settings and seating plan with only a week to go, Laura was fantastic and got the changes to me within that week. I can't thank her enough for her thoughtful service. Guests still comment on the invitations, which set the tone and vibe for the wedding.

I’ve bought from this company 4 times before my most recent purchase, my most recent purchase being a picture of a pet that was taken in the 90’s. Laura assured me she would try her best to make the print, and within 24 hours of placing my order she had drawn up not one, but two previews for me to review. I thought the best about this company when purchasing the previous 4 and the customer service has made this experience so much better for me. All the portraits I’ve ordered have been truly fantastic quality on lovely paper and sent with care. This is the ONLY company I would order from for our treasured pet portraits - thank you SO much!

Never received my order. Placed a order and over a month later never received tracking. Then they try to gaslight you. I would stay far away from this company seems like a scam that they’ll take your money and not ship your item. Almost had to get my bank involved and CS took way too long to reply

I presented this company with a problem which many may not have solved, researching and tinkering with an image then producing a high quality print.
Not only did they do this but all within 4 days when the print was delivered to my home address. Excellent "outside the box" service, thanks again.

Brilliant. I had a less than ideal photo of my sisters cat, which has been turned into a beautiful digitally painted portrait. I'd previously had a picture of my sister on her horse done by Created by Magic, so I had confidence in their finished product. Having said that the supplied photo was awful, but they have worked their magic on it. If you want an excellent value pet portrait created, look no further, you really won't be disappointed.

I was browsing through the internet one day when I saw multiple testimonies on how Dada Magical has helped so many people with his black mirror. Laura was brilliant and provided all of our wedding stationary. We bought save the dates, invitations, signage and table numbers from her. All the stationary was initially customised to our own design with a water colour working of our venue on the stationary too. Everything was personalised, presented well and delivered with a smile. The final copy of my dog's watercolour looked absolutely stunning. I set my Dog up on a white background, with bright white overhead and side lighting when I took the photos of my Dog, and I think maybe that helped.
I paid extra for the proof copy, which was well worth it, and I absolutely recommend purchasing a proof copy before the final picture is printed, as It took a few times, and a few small adjustments to get the end result of the digital watercolour just right. The staff were more than happy to help me no matter how small the adjustments were.

Overall, the Created by magic website was easy to use, although a few of the options could have been made clearer, for example, where I can find the size of the picture needed? and what the ideal indoor plain background and indoor lighting of the photo would be to get the 'best result' of a digital watercolour. It seems that only examples of pictures with a complicated background are given, which may not necessarily give the expected perfect look for the final result.

I was really surprised at the speed of the delivery of my pictures, 3 days start to finish, including proof and adjustments. The whole experience with created by magic was absolutely 'magic', and I highly recommend them.

After my dog unexpectedly passed away a couple of months ago I wanted to order a painting of him for my mum to frame. I came across this site and contacted them on Facebook messenger with some queries about the picture I was going to use etc. The lady was so lovely and caring! The design was finished within a couple of days and I was given an online copy to check and amend, I ordered some additional copies and then it came in the post the next day. It was absolutely perfect! Made us all cry with how realistic and detailed it was. A truly brilliant business. I showed all of my friends the design and they was all stunned, I have even had a couple contact me recently to ask for the site so that they can get a design done for their family too!
