Customer service was excellent and very personable throughout. We were very well informed throughout - Taylor was our Co-ordinator and kept us in the loop at all stages, explaining the next steps and has kept in touch with us post the procedure. My consultant was amazing from start to finish. She was so supportive, understood me and took time to get to know my partner and myself during the treatment. She is a credit to the team. Her name was Dr Kabiri. Inital contact was poor from the admin team and they caused a lot of problems for me unfortunately and their communication and contact weren't the best. I found myself chasing them alot. This was rectified during treatment and significantly improved.

This is our 2nd time with abc/CREATE at Leeds and they never fail to disappoint. We have used 2 of our eggs with this clinic with successful pregnancies both times. We feel so incredibly lucky and have just found out our baby Zak will be welcoming a little sister in September. One of the main reasons we have stayed with this clinic in particular is their staff. Katie Backhouse one of the nurses is absolutely amazing and a credit to the company. We have recommended so many of our friends to the clinic because of the service we have received from her. I also have to mention Katie Taylor who just cannot ever do enough for us. Eleanor and Danielle who we also met were lovely and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you ladies for everything you do it is so very much appreciated. We will be sure to visit and see you all once baby 2 arrives 😊

If it was possible to give these 0 I would have done. Just spoken to them on the phone and got someone that just read the page on the website. We want a clinic that has empathy and personal touch on the end of the phone when we are going through something so personal. We wasn't even asked our names. Nothing about us and what we want and need. We wanted to come to the clinic to have a look around and get a feel of the place and was given a straight no. You have to pay to get through the door. How these get a 4.4 has baffled us. A -4.4 is more realistic. We won't be using them and we will make sure to let others know that unless they are prepared to fork out money you may just get some type of service. I think a course on how to talk to potential customers is in desperate need at this place.

We was well informed through out the whole process. The team all became friends through out our journey. We had 3 egg collections one failed to collect any, one egg collected on another and two on the third which resulted in a successful fresh transfer.

We were impressed by the tailored mild IVF treatment plan according to regular scans and monitoring of my hormone levels - we felt this made the difference and led to our successful outcome.

The staff are very welcoming. The nurses were very accommodating and provided professional reassurance to me especially when I was nervous and had anxiety about the whole procedure. The clinic was extremely clean and the whole procedure was quite straightforward.

Our precious girl Myla was born on 17th December 2023, an early Christmas present for us!
We were lucky enough that our treatment worked on the first cycle, I still cant quite believe it and pinch myself every time I look at our daughter.
I have knocked one star off the ratings purely down to the fact that I had problems with my patient care coordinator, she was awful!
We stuck with Create as we really liked our Doctor, I was considering going else where initially.
However once we started our treatment at Leeds, the Nurses/Doctors/Embryologists were amazing and we are so happy we stayed with Create.

Went with CREATE for 3 cycles of IUI and our initial appointment and scan went fine. Shortly after this is when we started to see the complete incompetency of the administration staff there. We were first placed with a patient coordinator who we sent multiple emails to and tried to call with no responses to any. After switching to another coordinator which seemed fine at first we were ready for our first IUI. After going for multiple scans we were told to get to the clinic at around 10:30am Monday, on the way we got a phone call from the clinic saying that there was a form that they needed signing so they could thaw the sperm. As we are not from the area (1 hour 30 min drive) we said we could sign it on arrival. Got to the clinic and signed the form, went down into theatre to have to wait 2 hours freezing in a hospital gown. We aired our complaints with the clinic and they promised that the next cycle would run smoothly. The next cycle came up and we were in constant worry asking the staff if we had everything signed and ready to go. Something that only added to the stress and emotion when going through fertility treatment. During this time our patient coordinator left the company and we were not told of our new one, with emails going to her and nothing getting picked up. I had to ring up and ask who we should now be speaking to! We had our final cycle a couple of weeks ago and have decided for any future treatment we will not be going back. I emailed CREATE last week asking for my medical records with no reply what so ever from the staff, I emailed again yesterday and rang today asking for our coordinator and low and behold she has left the company!!! I would give this company 1 star but the doctors and nurses are lovely. I would save the heartache and added stress and NOT use CREATE fertility Leeds.

We paid for the 3 cycle natural modified package. After 1 round, we decided not to continue and requested a refund of the remainder of the money.
Our terms and conditions say that a refund will be processed within 28 days (it does not say working days).
We requested a refund on 1 June. We didn't receive it until 29 July.
The staff replied to our emails with explanations about technical issues and apologies.
The terms and conditions don't seem to be something Create as an organisation abides by.
This level of disorganisation has been representative of our experience using this clinic from the very beginning. Although we've had better communication about the refund than while we were going through IVF.

I’ve been with Create and Create ABC since October 2022 and although every person I’ve dealt with has been nice and pleasant and tried their best, however I’ve been constantly left feeling frustrated and clueless about the process.
For my first appointment I was not given the correct address and went to their ‘old’ Leeds site. I then spent 35 minutes on the phone outside the door trying to get hold is someone to find out what had gone wrong. When I finally got through, they told me I was at the wrong address. They did try and call me 30mins after my start time but I was already engaged with the helpline. They managed to fit me in later that day but I lost the entire afternoon, driving out to their new location and waiting until someone was available to see me.
For several of the video calls, the nurse and/or doctors have turned up very late and again left us with no option but to call the helpline and go on hold. Some of the team have been easy to deal with and replied quickly but I would say 50% of the time the process is unprofessional.
In January my patient coordinator left the business and it took me three days to establish who my new coordinator was and get in touch. The system to contact the coordinator had also changed and I was not informed of either change.
I am now trying to get an appointment to discuss results which I need in order to start my ivf in three weeks and my patient coordinator is unable to book in the system. I have now spent a great deal of money and emotional energy on this process but I do not know how to move forward or who to speak to.
It seems the Leeds clinic is having some serious staffing and organisational issues.

I’ve always given create wonderful reviews since the team at Manchester are super wonderful. However this time I started treatment in Leeds and I constantly check if it’s still the same company.
The plan was to get an initial call from consultant (who called as was booked) then patient coordinator would call/email with a plan. She emailed days later which was the first and the last time we heard from her. I’ve called numerous times and never able to speak to her, I’ve written her so many emails which she never replies to, every time the call centre says they’ve left her urgent message to call me but she just never seems to have the time to call or reply to my emails which has been super frustrating. I requested to be assisted by someone else as all I wanted was a prescription sent and nurse consultation arranged but no one is able to help because she “locked my notes🙄”. I’m now trying to get the Manchester team to help me. Manchester is a well oiled machine and I wish Leeds was half as efficient!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service (or lack of) from her

I had dreamt of going through this process as a single mum and was so excited by the prospect of this journey I was beginning. However, I found the experience challenging from the beginning as I felt like I wasn’t given much help or support. My emails seemed to be lost or ignored on so many occasions, and communication just seemed impossible at times.
During my egg collection, I had a serious reaction to the drugs while under the anesthetic. I woke up in hospital later that day, after being left virtually paralysed. I recognise this was an extreme reaction and not one that CREATE could have foreseen. However, I was told multiple times that after something serious like this, as a follow up, I would receive a call from the anaesthetist to discuss what did exactly happen. I never received this call that I was assured would happen. While I was in the resus department of AnE, the anaesthetist spoke to my mum and even assured her that he would certainly call me to discuss what had happened. I was left feeling extremely confused and deeply saddened that this aftercare didn’t take place and was left with so many unanswered questions seen as I was completely unaware what actually happened between being put to sleep and waking up in hospital.
The lack of effort from the anaesthetist made the next few, crucial days of embryo waiting extremely challenging and emotional. I was very confused as to a lot of the questions I was being asked and felt I didn’t have enough information or clarity to answer them. For instance, I was unsure why I was now being told that my embryos should be frozen on day 3, rather than allowing them to potentially reach day 5 and even why now freezing was necessary and what implications this would have on the cost and the length of this process. There were many decisions to be made during these days, and I felt Ill equipped to deal with them, as I didn’t understand what had happened in the first place.
After all the money this process cost, I ended up choosing to stop this experience completely and get rid of those frozen embryos. It is certainly my biggest regret of 2022 and potentially the biggest of my life so far as it is such a large sum of money to waste over no fault of my own. My choice to end this experience ultimately came down to the lack of care and negligence I was receiving from the provider.
