We had a consultation with Dr Rostom, he was kind, friendly and informative about what procedures were available and what would be best for our situation. We look forward to continuing treatment with create and would suggest them for others.

Overall amazing experience. We have just had our egg collection. The whole journey to get to this point has been fantastic. The staff at Southampton are wonderful - especially Edyta, who is amazing at her job and extremely kind and compassionate. The egg collection at Wimbledon was smooth and the staff were amazing - particularly Dr Rostom, who made us feel very comfortable and had great energy.

I had a wonderful experience with Create—my clinic was Southampton and the entire team were fantastic. A special mention goes to Edyta, who was incredibly supportive and took the time to talk through all of my worries. As someone who struggles with health anxiety, procedures can be very difficult for me, but the care and reassurance I received made a huge difference. The whole team have been amazing, and Doctor Rostrom’s passion for what he does really shows. I would 100% recommend Create.

CREATE Southampton have been amazing throughout my treatment. Everyone you speak to within CREATE are just so friendly and helpful. Most of my treatment has been via the Southampton Clinic. Edyta has been absolutely amazing, she is incredibly knowledgeable, so helpful, always so positive and just so lovely. Denise is equally as lovely, very personable and great at what she does. Both Edyta and Denise have both played their part in making this treatment cycle as easy as it could be! Thank you!
The only negative is that the procedures have to be done out of the Raynes Park clinic (everyone equally as lovely there though) so is a bit of a drive. Having a lab/theatre in Southampton would be amazing and I think well received with those wishing to start their fertility journey and are based in Southampton.

Had such a positive experience with the Southampton clinic, Edyta is so lovely and friendly and has put me at ease throughout and Dr Rossom’s approach has been a breath of fresh air. Both have been positive and optimistic whilst also helping me to set realistic expectations for me. Denise has also been a huge help.

Getting hold of the central contact team can be a little tricky at times but I’ve not had to do this very much as Southampton have dealt with everything.

Edyta has been such an amazing nurse every time we have had appointments with her. She is always so professional and caring. We look forward to seeing her! Thank you Edyta! Xx

All staff was very welcoming on our first appointment. They were very reassuring and helpful to any questions we had.

Very friendly, approachable and helpful understood our problems. Reassured us, we left feeling that we were listened too and valued.

We began our IVF journey at ABC IVF Southampton, and from the very start, everything was perfect. The team explained the entire process in detail, step by step, which gave us the clarity and confidence to proceed with ABC IVF.

Edyta at the Southampton clinic was simply outstanding. She listened to all our questions with patience, explained each step thoroughly, and provided constant emotional support throughout our visits. Her warm and friendly approach made every appointment feel comfortable and reassuring. Even during the ultrasound scans while my partner was on IVF injections, she made sure we felt well-informed and at ease. Her communication skills are excellent — clear, empathetic, and always tailored to our needs.

On the day of egg collection, we met Dr Rustam Nagi, Lead IVF Consultant, who has a truly exceptional personality. His calm and reassuring manner, excellent communication skills, and ability to show genuine empathy made a potentially stressful day much easier for us. He explained everything clearly, addressed our concerns, and made us feel supported and cared for at every stage.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire ABC IVF Southampton team and the embryologist at the main branch, where the procedures are performed. The professionalism, dedication, and care shown throughout the process were second to none.

To all couples in the UK who are struggling to conceive — we would strongly recommend ABC IVF. It is not only cost-effective with flexible payment plans, but also, in my opinion, the only UK centre that combines affordability with exceptional communication skills and outstanding patient care.

I had a fantastic experience with Abc IVF. After my miscarriage last year, and trying for 6 months post miscarriage, I didn’t want to leave it too late. I met the criteria for nurse led clinic with abc IVF. I was under the Southampton clinic and it was run by amazing nurse editya. From initial consultation to the stimulation regime, it was perfect. There was a bit a challenge getting me the right dose without over stimulating me due to PCOS. My dose was increases leading up to the egg collection. 12 eggs were collected, 11 fertilised, 4 were fertilising well till day 3 and two good quality embryos were retrieved after fertilisation. I had no signs of overstimulation then and embryo was transferred. It implanted successfully. However, Unfortunately, I ended OHSS which every woman is always warned about during IVF. I stayed in hospital for two days with OHSS. My doctors from ABC IVF dr Rostom and dr Pulavi were on the phone with me out of hours guiding me through the process. I can’t thank them enough for the support I received. Being a doctor myself, I realised how invaluable it was during that difficult time. I then got a positive test 10 days later and now pregnant with perfect baby at 20 weeks with no anomalies. I can’t wait to come for a second round to get my second embryo transferred. Please keep providing the excellent service and looking after your patients in the time of need.

Edyta is so lovely - I felt at ease for every appointment, she explained everything so well during scans and for treatment. Communication was brilliant, she was always available if I needed her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ABC to anyone!

Amazing experience, friendly staff and made us feel at ease. Only thing we would say is it would be nicer if there was a clinic closer to Southampton for the procedures. We were advised to avoid stress but travel expenses and cancellations caused additional stress when we had appointments to attend. It would make lives much easier especially for those travelling from the iow to be able to access a clinic closer to home. Overall cannot fault our experience with team associated with abc - we will absolutely recommend the service.

I came to Create Fertility feeling hopeless following a horrid experience at another clinic and I am glad I did. Create Fertility are a wonderful service. Everyone who has been involved in my care have been so lovely and supportive from the admin staff to the medical team. All the processes involved seem to be designed to make it as easy as possible for clients and everything is well explained in a reassuring way.

I don't know what the outcome will be yet but whatever it is I feel I have been given the best shot I am going to get at this clinic. In particular Dr Rostom and Edyta have been amazing and I would like to thank them for the time they to look to listen to what I wanted to try.

The only thing I think could be improved would be for procedures like egg collection to be possible in Southampton to reduce the need to travel to London for this part of treatment.

The best place to go they are amazing after 11 years of trying we decided to go abc (create fertility) and started pur journey.we did one round of ivf and it worked first time now we are expecting a baby boy In 7 weeks time from today. edyta from Southampton was amazing and she makes you feel at ease through all the bloods and injections etc,and is always there to help.we couldn't be more grateful to the team for making a dream come true. We highly recommend them to anyone who is going thought the same as us.they do a package price which includes everything no surprises.brilliqnt experience from the start.thank you ABC.

Really nice clinic, friendly staff and perfect location. I wish I could have had my egg collection at that clinic instead of driving all the way to London! Would definitely recommend.

We are only in the beginning off our journey with abcivf clinic but we cannot fault them, they are extremely helpful. If we have any questions we can email or call them and they help straight away! Our nurse is Edyta she is absolutely amazing!
