Cheated.

Patrick Thomason from CMRR is highly unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I undertook a coaching program with him regarding cold email. I was not only very disappointed by his lack of knowledge on the topic (all sales skills, no substance) - but was also cheated by him. He guaranteed me a 50% refund if I didn't hit a contractually agreed revenue figure in 3 months. After 3 months he refused the refund and cut off contact on every channel.

Despite paying over $250 a session with him (paid upfront) - he once turned up for a coaching session for 15 minutes - on his phone - while ordering at a coffee shop and didn't even listen to what I was saying. The other sessions were generic motivation without any useful insight into cold email, because he genuinely doesn't seem to know much, despite the YouTube channel with claims like "how i'm building a semi passive $25,800/mo business online". I never saw evidence that those claims about his own earnings are true and they seem to change constantly, along with his claims about how long he's been in business, given that he's about 20 years old.

I know, it's my fault for getting into this as he obviously lacked credibility, but I was desperate. I suggest you don't do the same.
