I have always liked your company and was very satisfied with the clothing choices. However this last time I ordered 2 sweaters and they both were way too large so I returned them for replacement in a smaller size. After not hearing from you in about a month I called and was told you no longer did replacements, and you also charged me the $11.95 shipping to return them , contrary to what your return label said. The person I spoke with said she would credit my card minus the return shipping. Therefore I just paid you nearly $24.00 shipping and received nothing. This is beginning to look like fraud. I'm very unsatisified. I really liked your clothing and the fact that it was well made and a deceint prize.

Clothing is stylish but not trendy. Sizing seems to run large. I have had two returns, and in both cases, I have had to call to find out why my return was not credited. Customer service did then credit, bit it does not instill a great deal of confidence in an ecommerce site if you are forced to follow up on returns yourself.

I purchased a blouse and dress YESTERDAY JUNE 14 for $44 including $6 shipping. TODAY JUNE 15 I received an email to purchase these clothes and I will pay only $1 for shipping. I called and spoke to an agent and she said that the $1 is for my next order. I explained that according to their email, I still hadn't purchased the blouse and dress - and they even sent a picture of the blouse. She did not care and I will not deal with them again.

I honestly don't care for the leather tags attached to the clothing with "Creation L" imprinted on it. They scratch my skin when I accidentally rub across them. A tag in the back, like all clothing have, is enough. They're also an eyesore to the clothing

I have placed several orders with this company now and overall am pleased with the quality of the items I purchased. Most things ship from Europe so expect delivery to take 3 to 4 weeks but I have always received what I ordered in the end. My only complaint is that many of their styles have been featured in their catalogues for years; they don't seem to refresh their styles very often.

My experience with Creation.co.uk has all been very good. Any queries on my account (very few) have been dealt with very quickly by their very helpful and polite customer services.

I ordered an item back in Dec. and kind of forgot about it in my closet. I went to press it today and realized that altho it was a new item (I had never worn it), it had no tags. Then I noticed a snag on the sleeve and pilling all over the garment. It was almost as tho it had been worn and returned by another customer. I contacted the company today and since it was 7 days past the 90 day return policy, I was out of luck. Just want to say: "BUYER BEWARE".

I ordered three tops from creation L and due to shipping from Germany, my package took three weeks to arrive. The packaging arrived in excellent shape, the clothes fit perfectly to size, and the material was above average quality. Recommended and I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Be careful! Ship from overseas. The website claims they ship from Florida in the United States, which is a big selling point for me after waiting for 2 months to get orders delivered from China. I ordered a product 12 days ago. The shipping confirmation email said the product was in both the US and Europe warehouses, but my order would arrive in the US faster if they shipped from Europe. They can't possibly have a warehouse in Florida and believe they can ship faster from Europe to a US address. The tracking software says the package still hasn't arrived on US soil. It's still in transit. I hope the quality of the product is good, but at this point I don't trust anything they say. And if the quality is not good then they will likely require shipping back to Europe, which makes it cost prohibitive to return. I feel like I'm in the middle of a bait and switch.
