Great quality and service
We have ordered furniture online before with varying results for very good to very bad. This company is very good. Exactly as described quality is very good and packaging was excellent for transportation. The delivery company we had went above and beyond to get our items to us so well done them. The only downside is we have seen more items that the boss likes so we will use again!!

Looks good, but the doors don’t function
The item I ordered, a tv stand, looks exactly as pictured. It is a lovely piece of furniture to look at.
Although it does not function as intended and designed, so the quality is not as expected or inline with the pricing.
The doors do not open, to operate them you push them and they pop open, then push them and they clip close. This function only works on one of the four doors, and there is insufficient adjustment in the mechanism to make them work at all.
Quite disappointing in the end.

Very nice sideboard
Very nice sideboard. Unfortunately the way it was delivered was not good. 180cms of furniture although well packaged, it was in an vertical position, causing one of the cupboard doors to come of its hinge, dangling at a bad angle. Managed to fix this after a bit of trouble, but the three drawers do not close completely flush to the unit, due also to the vertical position in transit. Disappointing.
Further this review, I have upgraded Creation furniture to four stars. They provided decent refund on the sideboard without any request or prompting. Very good customer service. Also as before it is a very nice piece of furniture, we are happy to with it. The problem was the delivery position of the unit.

Solu TV stand
We ordered the Solu TV stand alongside couple of small items. The stand came without the fitting screws and manual. It also had multiple scratches on the bottom side. I informed Creation and was sent the replacement screws and manual and was also advised that the scratches are perfectly acceptable because of their location on the bottom side of the unit.

I love the lamp I got
I love the lamp I got. The shade had a little dent in the corner because it arrived by Royal Mail and the box was slightly battered. So they provided a courier to pick up the return and I received a refund very quickly. I’ve now ordered the lamp again, and I’ve paid for their own courier to send it. So I’m hoping the shade will be fine this time and I can’t wait to get the lamp again!
