Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Quality

I ordered a custom-designed gift from this website, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I received my order, I noticed spelling mistakes in the design, which should not happen with a customized product.

After discovering the issue, I tried to contact customer support, but they did not respond to my concerns. There was no effort to correct the mistake or offer any compensation or refund.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the quality did not meet expectations. I would advise others to be careful before purchasing any products from this website.
