A cute photo, but not what I ordered. When I inquired about a refund, the email response I got was to show they were sincere about the mix-up, they were offering me a whole 10%!!
I should have trusted my bank when they called me saying that creatgifts had been reported as fraudulent by others, seeing as how the website is not even based in the United States.

Worst customer service
Ordered one of the cars. The site didn't let me preview it. Once I received it ,it was the wrong color and my picture that was in the back had me with 2 mouths.
When I requested a new car or my money back ,they offered me a 10% discount,which would be $5. I refused it saying this car was wrong color and explained about my picture on the packaging. Saying _5 was going to cut it. They replied back saying $20 off because they don't provide return labels and they need the item back to give me a refund. So if I want a refund,I need to return the item at my expense.
This company absolutely has no customer service and very poor quality items.
If my money isn't returned,I'm putting it through as a fraud with my credit card company.

Ordered and no estimated delivery or time given upon ordering. When you email them, you get a generic message telling you to be patient. Then the other emails give you random expected dates, the last one being 3-12 days for delivery after shipping! What! 12 days?! Customer service is trash and $70 for a sweatshirt that takes 3 weeks to receive is unacceptable. Drop shipping is a terrible business but they clearly got me. Never again. They said they would try to get it here by Xmas and now its saying up to 12 more days.

Doesn't even deserve a star.. False Advertisement!!! The doll I received looked nothing like the picture. The doll was ugly. The face, the hair was bushy and whose idea was it paint two fangs for teeth? It's a big scam!!! They're taking other artists pictures posting them and sending whatever they want to us. If they posted the actual picture No One would consider buying the monstrous looking dolls. Didn't resemble the advertised picture at all. I wish I could post the actual picture of that thing. My granddaughter didn't want it and she cried. They offered an insulting 10% refund for the so called reborn doll that was supposed to be handcrafted. Its a scam
Its a scam and they only want to offer me a 25% refund or I have to pay to ship them back to china. I ordered my 2 daughters avatar dolls from them and the dolls came in completely different than the pictures advertised. The dolls don't look like they are worth more than $15 and I paid $50 each.

Expensive cheaply made China product that looks nothing like advertised online.
While I understand handcrafted items may have some variation, the doll I received was significantly different in quality and appearance, including a completely different outfit. Instead of the premium baby doll paid for, it was a lower-quality version similar to what one might find at Walmart. I'm deeply disappointed by this experience, especially since the company's response was to offer a discount rather than either providing the quality product advertised online or issuing a full refund. Additionally, I had already paid $12.00 for shipping which was included in my total, to later receive an additional separate charge of $1.98 for some international shipping fee that I did not agree to. None of this is right and now, the company will not respond to emails. But I bet they will respond to this public comment with the following:

Tried contacting someone at this place for about 30 minutes. I had one question about you receiving my order. The answer would have been Yes Received or Not Received. I was request to set up account and pay in order to get my question answered. I should have checked your reviews before trying to place an order. Plus you chat people are not real. I tried to contact them several times. The answers I got each time was the same.

I wanted a full silicone baby doll but after reading all those reviews I was scared too. I think I know what is happening. Folks are failing to thoroughly read the descriptions given for each doll.
I wanted a full silicone baby doll but they were just so terribly expensive that i found that prohibitive. But I really wanted one of these dolls. So, I am looking at all the various sites and finally found one i thought I just had to have. A first I was nervous with all the scams out there finally I settled on a full silicone baby Boy. It wasn't until after i had bought the doll that I came across a site that has less that positive reviews for Creativegiftss.com. After reading some of those reviews I was really distressed. it appeared that I had just thrown away$369.00 That I really couldn't afford to just flush down the toilet. So I have been waiting anxiously for this doll to arrive. Today was the day he arrived. He was stark naked, not even a diaper was on him. there were many items with him in the box.
The baby was absolutely PERFECT. He had perfect little fingers and toes with little nails and carefully done. Short curly brown rooted hair and a beautiful face with Blue Eyes and long eyelashes, He is heavy, I will need to weigh him to be certain but I would guess at least 4lbs. He is absolutely perfect. I am so relieved and happy. It took about 4 to 5 weeks to arrive, but it was so worth the wait. I am Thrilled.

Do not order from this company. On the website it says that they have a warehouse in United States but I ordered a silicone doll and was a completely different vinyl doll and paid $112 and they are offering me 25% to keep the doll or send it back to China. I'm reporting them to the federal trade commission, better business bureau, my local consumer protection agency and econsumer.gov for foreign consumers.
