Did a great job on putting up fence and was completed in time frame stated. However afterwards customer care not great. Joey came to our home again to quote for laying turf, after 2 weeks I chased up for quote and was told they were busy and would be with me soon, last week was emailed to ask for a review, again I mentioned we’d taken time
Out for joey to quote and hadnt received. The girl in the office confirmed joey would be in touch by end of day. That was over a week ago and heard not a thing. It’s a big job and hard work but if it’s outside of their capabilities just be honest! Why waste both our time?!

We have seen a unprecedented surge of demand in the fencing and landscaping industry, in fact almost every construction based industry as been struggling to keep up with demand for many months, we are not perfect but we try extremely hard to ensure we meet all our clients expectations both small and large projects
We are more than capable of carrying out such works as you requested and it would have taken our team 1 day to complete, in fact we carry out £10k 1-2 week duration projects and above on a weekly basis between our 4 field teams and carry out site surveys to around 30 new clients daily, we send approx 150 quotations every week excluding email inquiries and on this occasion we unfortunately have missed you, a valued client which is not a normal occurrence at our company and cannot apologise enough.
The frustration is felt at our company also as every site survey we carry out costs approx £90.00 when vehicle and staff time is taken into account, so we truly value every inquiry big or small and always intend to provide a full quote after we have visited every client as we are in the business of providing a service, a service that we have worked extremely hard to finesse in the many years since opening our doors
Again we are truly sorry that we have let you and ourselves down on this occasion.

Excellent fence installation!
The team did an excellent job installing our fence. Salv was very helpful at the inquiry stage advising us on various options and agreeing a plan. It wasn’t an easy job - 50m of fencing on a downslope. The team kept checking in with me on their approach and made sure I was happy as they went along. They really cared about doing a good job and worked hard to get it done quickly. Fence looks great and they left the site all tidy as before. Thanks all!

Impressive service, impressive product
As we own the three fences surrounding our property we were dreading the impact having to replace them all would have on our established garden. We need not have worried, Joe and Pat, our installation team from Creative Scapes, treated the garden as if it was their own. They referred all installation choices and challenges to us as work progressed and gave us a quality fence to our boundary. The standard of workmanship exceeded our expectations. We do not think you could find better, overall very impressive.
