Exceptional Service!

I recently visited this clinic, and my experience was outstanding. From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly. Their appointment system is highly efficient, and I was never kept waiting. The dentists are extremely professional and knowledgeable; they provided detailed information at every step of the treatment and addressed all my concerns.

The hygiene standards within the clinic are truly impressive. The equipment used is modern, and they maintain strict sterilization practices. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to ensure you feel comfortable.

A special thanks to Dr.Halil, Dr.Berna and Dr. Betül. Both their technical skills and approach to patient care were exceptional, making for a truly positive experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any dental treatment or check-up. I feel much better now and know that my dental health is in excellent hands.

I returned home 2 weeks ago from creative smile dentist dr berna & her colleagues are all amazing they put together a procedure they planned to do following thorough examination/xrays etc in their pristine practice firstly I was picked up from airport & taken to hotel I was picked up following morning exactly on time taken to practice where everything was explained to me throughout by nurdi ull English speaking I had to go to practice over 4days & he kept me informed of everything I felt so at ease with all the wonderful staff 😊 I arrived on 2nd July & returned home on 7th July with a wonderful new smile I can't thank creative smile enough & I highly recommend anyone seeking a first class experience to definitely visit this dental practice you certainly won't be disappointed with their professionalism so many thanks I will visit again soon

I have had a fantastic experience at creative smiles , From our first contact with Alex our coordinator to meeting Dr Berna. Before we even made the trip to turkey we were given a zoom call, with Alex and Dr Berna to go over everything this was reassuring for myself. The day we arrived in Antalya we where greeted by a driver who took us to our lovely little hotel where we stayed while receiving treatment’s, The driver also picked us up from hotel and took us there and back to the dentist. As for the treatment it was stress free and pain and also the best of quality, the team here are exceptional at what they do and such lovely people, I don’t normally do things like this but, I would like people to see my experience and see that creative smiles is the place to be for your new smile!!! Thank you guys you changed my life!

We have just arrived home from Turkey last night and visited creative smiles for treatment whilst we were over there.
From start to finish this dentist is excellent as a whole. The treatment you receive, the professionalism you receive and the loving welcome and warmth is just something you can’t even put into words.
Coming from the UK and having never been to another dentist in my 41 years of life I was terrified apart from me being terrified anyway of dentists in general.
There was no need to be terrified at all Dr Berna and her team where fabulous and made you feel very at ease.
Despite the new teeth I also needed surgery on my mouth whilst there and this was also the most professional dentistry I have ever come across I didn’t feel a thing and was well looked after post surgery.
I would highly recommend this dentist and I will never go anywhere else.
Honestly I cannot thank you all enough and I have so much love for you all xx
Can I just give a special mention to Sophia who also works at the dentist and she liased with me throughout my whole treatment and anything I needed she went above and beyond…..thank you so much
Lastly the final outcome of the teeth…..these teeth are something else they are actually beautiful and made and fitted to a high standard. Dr Berna is a perfectionist and made sure my smile, my bite even down to the shape and colour where all spot on

I visited CreativeSmilesTurkey last week; aside the fact my treatment all went well and I’m very pleased with my composite bonding outcome.

The atmosphere was so vibrant and clean with new facilities. They made us lovely Turkish coffee, which my cousin and I loved so much and had everyday - in some instances my cousin requested a 2nd coffee. :)

The staffs were all super professional and genuinely outstanding. Dr Burhna herself is so skilled and lovely. Sofia at the reception made our stay wonderful, a very pleasant young lady. She gave us clues on where to eat and hangout - she also kindly joined us to old town and showed us around on our last day.

Definitely will recommend if you want the all round experience.

They are a perfect team who work with professionalism and take care about everything what patient needs .My wife and I both had so many treatments done here and I would say we had a perfect holiday and a perfect smile all in one week. The day our treatments started and we met with all dental team. They explained exactly as what our treatments would be and made us so comfortable. The transportation to the clinic and again back to to hotel was on dot. ( and the ride was like you are in a limousine )
We had implants and crowns and also root canals done and we have new smile which we are very happy with. Thanks to Dr Betul , Dr Berna and to the whole team. And again Thanks to Dr serhat. Don’t hesitate to contact them for the best for your teeth. And the most important 100% no pain , it was an amazing experience and a great holiday for us.

Where do I start… I can not fault the care & service I received from Creative Smiles. Nurdi was on hand to answer all my questions prior to arriving at the clinic. Once I arrived at the Clinic I was looked after by Dr Betüi who immediately put me at ease. My treatment was completed in 3 days so I was able to enjoy the rest of my family holiday. I can not thank the team enough for what they have done for me, I feel so much more confident and happier. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

If you look for top results I recommend Creative Smilies Turkey , not just they are a perfect team who look for perfection in all of what they do,they take my fear for doctors :)) way in first minutes. Dr.Berna its a very calm person with soft hands and even didn’t feel when she worked on my smile. Once my fear for clinics go away every next session I walked there like my home knowing that I will not feel a single pain. Every single doctor there it’s very well prepared to give u the top service and top results. Choose them if u want the best for you.

From the moment I came out of the airport I realised I was in good hands,a taxi picked me up and took me to my hotel, the next morning I was taken to creative smiles dental clinic.As I walked in the door I was introduced to Nurdi,a really nice guy and he explained what was going to happen step by step.Within minutes Dr Berna introduced herself and made me feel totally at ease.After that we went to the X-ray room and very quickly they had a plan on what was the best treatment for me,all of the staff were very professional and all spoke great English.

Thank you for everything. This experience has changed my life, I feel much more confident with myself and my smile.

All treatments were quick and efficient. I was blessed with Dr Betul, she is a very skilled doctor and I was very comfortable through my whole treatment.

All staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they went above and beyond to accompany all our needs. And the clinic even provided a transfer from/to the airport, so we knew we were in good hands from the moment we landed!

The clinic is beautiful, very bright and beautiful inside. They take very good care of it.

Overall an incredible experience. I recommend to everyone who is looking for a clinic in Antalya.

Absolutely an amazing experience! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. I was treated by Dr Berna, and she was absolutely incredible. Very skilled doctors, and everything was not only done fast but in very high quality.

The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. We were very happy and will be coming back! Everyone was very lovely and friendly, they can speak multiple languages, very inclusive of everyone.

In the area there is a lot of local hotels, so it was all within walking distance and very close to the beach as well! The clinic also offered us a car transfer from/to the airport in a private car! We were treated very well from the moment we landed to take off!

I just want to share my experience with you all what I had at creative smiles from the moment I landed at antalya Airport to the moment I left to come home was an experience I am so made up I done.

I had been wanting to get my perfect smile makeover doing for along time but I got to a point in my life were I decided enough is enough, so I got in touch with a clinic called creative smiles.

As soon as I contacted the clinic and spoke to nurdi and Dr berna I knew straight away this was the clinic I was going to go to for my treatment.

During my time here they were all so helpful with everything from transfers, to appointments was perfect and I cant thank or recommend them all enough,

Even when I'm home Nurdi is still in touch to make sure everything is ok which makes me feel like they are going the the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
