Renewal residency visa
I had to renew my residency visa and UAE ID. The staff from CZ (Tanaz, Ploy, and Danica) were always available to help and guide the whole process. Without their help, it would be not very easy. Everything was on time organized and they forced the people from the immigration office to finish the process as quickly as possible, as I asked them.
My experience working with the CZ team I mentioned above was very positive and encouraging; CZ is the company I will continue to work as before.

Never recieved what I ordered, they stopped responding to me.
Ordered a product on Dec 10th, got an update that it shipped on the 13th. The last update was that it departed their shipping partner location on Dec 21st. No updates since. I've sent several emails asking for assistance and at this point even a refund. They have just stopped responding.

Creative Zone are scammers. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.
They overprice everything and deliver nothing.
Don’t get fooled if you see many good reviews, they pay their drivers to insist on you leaving a review. I said I would wait until they do their job, the driver even contacted me twice after to insist. I had to block him. The worst is that they are real scammers.
