I was sent the item in the wrong colour. I emailed several times and no response. There is no number to call them either. Will never buy from this company again. Absolutely no customer service. The product is also faulty. Does not charge my phone adequately.

Will NOT buy ever again! Worst Customer Service on earth!
Bought 2 iphone cases from that site. The glas on the back of the cases broke the same day on BOTH cases without applying any kind of pressure, neither did the phone has been dropped. All of a sudden there was a huge crack in the glas.
Quality: garbage!
Customer service: worst I have ever experienced! Never received a reply about my claim, nor did I get any replacement so I am going to withdraw the payment.
Placed another order for a socalled "natural titanium" case. Seller claims the colour matches exacly the original.
What I received was far, FAR from the natural titanium colour of the iphone 15 Pro max. What has been delivered is a cheap blue/grey-ish colour that just looks awful.
I placed another claim, we will see If anyone replies this time or I will have to withdraw the payment again.
Anyways I will never buy again since this is the worst shop for phone accessories I have ever seen or experienced.
100% NO recommendation.

Creatorsessential.com is a Scam, don’t buy!
The site creatorsessential.com is a scam.
I bought a 3 in 1 charger and it did not work.
I tried contacting their customer service and have been ghosted in every platform. They blocked me on instagram so I couldn’t write comments or send one more DM. It’s a scam and probably thousands of people will be victims of their unserious business.
DO NOT BUY!!!
