Scam! Unauthorized payment

As many people they charged me without my permission, 2 times, one 7$ and one 170$. Not only that, the refunded me the 7$ but the bigger amount they didn’t pay it back. Of course 20 days later I have no chance to get a refund. It’s taking too long and they don’t seem to care.

FIVE DAYS LATER and I’m STILL waiting…

FIVE DAYS LATER and I’m STILL waiting on their support to respond to my ticket to refund me $240. Mind you, I don’t even have an updated card on file, yet, they were still able to bill me. I’ve contacted them DAY 1 of being charged and have not accessed their platform to use in any capacity other than to manually cancel. I’m still waiting for a response. Beware. You will be ignored if you need a refund or cancellation. If you want to try their services or pay you will get immediate responses as that was the case when I initially was offered to extend a service that I laid for the year prior and never used once.

NOT WORTH IT IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON - EXISTENT and YOUR REQUESTS ARE IGNORED. I’m going to also do a YouTube video on this so others are aware to steer clear. And to think I was going to give them a shot at a later date when I actually had time to utilize their service. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Complete scam -DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Complete scam - do not deal with them.
I signed up for a $7 course with them after seeing a facebook post.
They then charged me $239. They purposely do this and prey on people.

Tried reaching out to them for refund through their contact form and no reply at all.

In process of purchasing CreatorU…

I have not purchased this CreatorU service. However, I wanted to just comment that before me attempting to buy. I first checked the reviews, Secondly I read that it CLEARLY states TO READ the “Terms and Conditions” prior to purchasing. There is information regarding the 30 day and yearly, cost, refunds, bundling and cancellation and that they can charge at anytime. “ FOLKS JUST GOT TO READ AND NOT JUST SEE the $7offer.
No matter what it seems like a great offer and then $239 the next year.
Next time folks just use a prepaid debit card for first time use than update your card if u decide to stay with a service.

I canceled the subscription and they charged me 239 Euro

I canceled my subscription a few days before the annual renewal, yet they still charged me the annual subscription fee, and my account is still active. Customer service is unresponsive, and they took €239 without my consent, even though I had canceled the subscription. I would never recommend this service! Their policies are unclear and highly unprofessional.

I have been overly impressed with Creator U. I wish I had taken this up back in July. For me the shortest route to success is Creator U.
