Worst experience ever. We hired them 6 months before our clinic opened. They received our money in March of 2025, it’s is now almost Christmas and we are still not credentialed in over half of the networks we’ve applied to. We’re on the phone weekly trying to get things done. Were don’t even go through the company anymore. They took the first agent off the case because she botched the job so bad. Now it seems like the same thing is happening again.

Absolutely the worst experience
Absolutely the worst experience! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I hired them 13 months ago to credential me in the state was planned on opening a practice 5 months in advance. I was credentialing with BCBS, a carrier I am credentialed with on 3 other states. I credentialed myself in the other states in less than 60 days. I have the BCBS reps take the time and reach out to me directly saying my credentialer had not gotten back to them with the required info. I contacted my credentialed who assured me she had taken care of this. She had not!! 13 months later I still am not credentialed and ut is INEXCUSABLE!! The supervisor took o er a month ago and to my knowledge we have still have made no progress!!! I sent several emails to crentialing.com website asking for them to reach out but they never did. STAY AWAY!!! THEY HAVE CREATED MORE HARDSHIP THAN I CARE TO ADMIT DUE TO THEIR IMCOMPETEMCE OF JUST PLAIN NEGLIGENCE!!
