We had been searching for an On-Boarding system which would stream-line and modernise the process we have used for years. Credentially fits the bill perfectly. We love the ability to customize the configuration on the fly, and have ready access to compliance-related documentation at our fingertips. Our workers and candidates love the fact that they can get on with uploading files and adding information in a timely manner which really speeds up the process. It really puts the Candidate in the driving seat. We have seen an immediate increase in the speed at which references are returned too! The Credentially success team continue to support us and it's great to have them on hand (or at the end of an email) should we need advice, guidance or just a friendly chat.

Love how customisable and flexible Credentially can be to really meet our needs. It makes onboarding and managing compliance really easy and eliminates the need for spreadsheets. Our Customer Success Manager is a delight to work with, always takes our feedback to the development team and improves our experience for us, and is always happy to go the extra mile to help us with anything we need.

Credentially is a very supportive and smooth HR information system. Our company depend highly on it and always receive technical support instantly if we have any enquiries (Art especially was a pleasure to work with).

We've recently started using Credentially to process applications for new clinicians & manage the compliance of our existing ones.

The system is very easy to use and the automation on things like DBS checks, professional registration checks and document expiry is excellent. It's already saved us hours of admin time.

Credentially is a good HR tool to measure compliance level within the organisation. Our customer service manager is responsive and always looking at ways the system can be developed to support our needs.
